We spent 4 nights at this hotel near Healdsburg. The good: price was considerably less than hotels right in the town. They have a shuttle that takes guests into town, but it was an easy 5 minute drive, and parking in Healdsburg was abundant during the time we were visiting. (Low season) Common areas were pleasant; plenty of room to spread out during the breakfast hours. The pool areas and third floor patio were also nice spaces. The less good: This is definitely a chain hotel (Marriott) with a feeling to match. There was nothing that felt unique about the hotel. The breakfast was similar to that of a Hampton Inn. But it was only served until 9 AM, while seemed a bit early to us. (And they really did close doors on the dot of 9 AM). Also, there were no bagels or English muffins on the last two days of our stay; toast only. That seemed very odd. Our room was fine, though a couple of things were broken when we arrived. (And not fixed). There was a mixup with maid service, so one day when we were expecting service, we had none. (They only offer it every 3 days, but you can ask for it to be done more than that). This is a perfectly adequate chain hotel, but I’ve stayed at others like it that were more efficient.
