코지 파크 호텔

환경이 너무 안좋습니다... 시트가 더러워요... 셋다 가렵습니다... 제가 묵어본 호텔 중 최악입니다

전체적인 환경도 나쁘지 않고 방 구조도 사진과 일치합니다 체크인 후 짐을 내려놓고 꼼꼼히 확인하지 않고 나갔는데 밤에 호텔로 돌아와서 쉴 준비를 하다보니 샤워실 근처 침대 옆 탁자에 끈적끈적하고 알 수 없는 물건들이 가득한 것을 발견했습니다(사진 첨부) 5.6) 그리고 이쪽의 샹들리에가 깨져 있고, 세면대 뒤에 이전 세입자의 머리카락이 있고, 그 위에도 머리카락이 있습니다. 청소도 안한 테이블 위의 유리램프 위생도 디테일도 별로고 호텔 사장님께서 간호마사지💆🏻서비스는 경험해보지 못해서 프론트에 문의했더니 예약 가능하다고 하더라구요 전화로. 3시에 한 번, 21시에 한 번 전화를 걸었지만 아무도 대답하지 않았습니다. 전반적인 위생 감각은 여전히 ​​개선되어야합니다.

Convenient and comfortable for the purpose of my stay, although service was quite inconsistent. The room was serviced differently and to different levels of cleanliness depending on the cleaner - sometimes it was amazing, sometimes it was the bare minimum. I don't mind if they just restock water and leave everything else considering I was there for a week, but would have preferred to be asked if that was what I wanted instead of having it assumed. Breakfast selection is few but satisfactory. Room was nicely furnished and decorated, slight weat and tear here and there but no big issues. The heater is quite strong though and fixed from what I could tell so I'd recommend leaving it off and opening a small gap in the window instead to regulate the temperature in the room.

Really cute hotel. The only thing that bothered me was a window which was obstructed by entry to the hotel. Room 205.

The name says it all: Cozy. Very nice hotel, our room was undoubtedly cozy, and the staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is tasty and has plenty to offer. We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved the hotel. We planned on staying one night, but ended up staying another. The bathtub is especially amazing! The people were wonderful and very helpful as well. The hotel looks amazing from the outside and is also hidden away from the main traffic road. It’s really peaceful and we will definitely go back again when we return to Hangzhou.
