Both the front desk people, and the people who serve breakfast, were nice and polite. They greeted me gently. The room was clean and quiet. The hotel premises were well-maintained. Since the breakfast was usually included in the booking, please do not have high expectation.

서비스나 편의시설은 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 밖에는 작은 수영장이 있었으며, 식사는 따로 제공되지 않았던 것으로 기억합니다. 다만 주변에 Walmart나 In-n-Out, TacoBell, McDonald's 등이 위치해있어서 접근성이 좋았습니다.

작년에 미국에 온 체인 호텔은 주말, 평일 저녁을 제외하고 가격이 매우 비쌉니다. 외출도 편리합니다. 멀지 않은 곳에 아시안 슈퍼마켓이 있고, 중국 음식점이 있고, 애플, 실리콘 밸리, 인텔, 구글이 멀지 않습니다. 3km 떨어진 곳에 콘센트도 있습니다. 아주 좋은 호텔입니다. 방에는 실제로 오랫동안 잃어버린 DVD 플레이어가 있었습니다.

Love this hotel. This is my third stay. Rooms are roomy and breakfast is great. Very good amenities and facilities. They also have happy hours with complimentary drinks. I subtracted a star for three reasons: - We were assigned next to a room where some high school or college kids were having a party with door slamming noises till 11pm. - When I asked the front desk about the water machine, she told me they don’t have it and I can only purchase from the snack shop. However, I told her the operator told me there is a water machine near the fitness room, she then told me they is one inside the fitness room. - When I asked about delayed check out. They only offered an extra 30 mins.

완전히 무질서합니다. 아침 식사 카운터는 비어 있었고, 아무도 신경 쓸 사람이 없었고 어디에도 보이지 않았습니다. 총지배인은 도망갔고, 주차 요금 15달러도 잊지 마세요. 이곳은 무인지대에 있는 곳이고 다른 호텔들은 그런 요금을 부과하지 않는다는 점을 감안하면 몹시 불쾌합니다.

호텔 위치는 중국인들에게 정말 편리합니다. 바로 옆에 99 Ranch Market과 여러 중국 음식점이 있습니다. 저는 시안 레스토랑에서 식사를 했는데 음식은 꽤 맛있었습니다. 하지만 현재 미국 물가가 매우 높고 환율까지 고려하면 터무니없이 비쌌습니다. 청각 장애인을 위한 편의 시설이 갖춰진 더블룸은 침대가 매우 편안했고, 방은 조용했으며 크기도 적당했습니다. 시스코는 호텔 대각선 맞은편에 있고, 거리도 매우 깨끗했습니다. 오후 1시에 도착해서 짐을 맡기려고 했는데 프런트 데스크에서 바로 체크인할 수 있도록 해줘서 좋았습니다.
