Great Service, Lovely Breakfast — but Room Noise and In-Room Dining Could Improve I recently stayed at the Thompson Houston and overall had a great experience, especially thanks to the excellent service. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional. Their attention to detail really made me feel welcomed, and I was touched when they surprised me with a graduation cake — a thoughtful gesture I truly appreciated. The hotel breakfast was a highlight. The food was fresh and well-prepared, and once again, the service stood out. Dining in the morning felt like a treat thanks to the welcoming atmosphere. That said, there were a few downsides that affected my stay. The room was quite noisy, even late into the night. It was hard to relax or fall asleep with the amount of outside noise coming through. Also, I ordered in-room dining on two occasions. On the first day, everything was great. However, the next day the fries were noticeably soggier, the salad was just a bowl of greens with six tiny avocado cubes, and — most concerning — the aioli on the side looked like it had already been used. Overall, Thompson Houston left a positive impression on me, mostly due to its exceptional staff and quality breakfast. I hope they can improve the soundproofing and ensure consistency in their in-room dining service.

그들은 완벽하지 않다고 말하지만이 호텔은 가깝습니다! 로비에 들어서자마자 친절한 인사를 받았고 체크인 과정은 쉬웠고 인접한 방은 없었지만 두 번째 방이 불과 몇 발짝 떨어져 있는지 확인했습니다. 그들은 우리가 한 방에 조금 일찍 체크인 할 수있게했고 30 분 이내에 전화를 걸어 두 번째 방이 준비되었다는 것을 알려주었습니다. 그들은 또한 우리가 가족을 위해 따뜻한 식사를 만들 수 있도록 쿡탑을 제공했습니다. 우리가 만난 모든 사람들은 아침 식사 직원부터 하우스 키핑까지 매우 수용 적이었습니다. 따뜻한 아침 식사는 플러스였습니다. 유일한 단점은 제빙기가 우리 층에서 작동하지 않아 얼음을 회수하기 위해 1층으로 내려가야 한다는 것입니다.  객실은 깨끗하고 현대적이며 넓으며 5인 가족(총 10명의 손님을 위한 2개의 객실)을 확실히 수용했습니다. 많은 레스토랑과 많은 쇼핑가가 몇 분 거리에 있지만 주유소 내부에 고속도로 건너편에 맥도날드가 있지만 호텔과 같은 거리를 공유하는 것은 없습니다. 식당에 둘러싸여 있지 않아 주차장 출입을 탐색하는 데 도움이 된 것 같아요. 총 합의는 곧 돌아올 것입니다!

The room is clean, very accessible to Galleria. It will be great if they can provide toiletries

Everything was as expected. Free breakfast, laundry room and even better with suites and some day fast food restaurants in walking distance.

오래된 호텔이라 리모델링 했다고 해도 걱정하며 들어갔는데. 로비랑 리셉셤도 평범해서 그런가보다 했는데, 세상에나 객실은 깔끔하고 엄청 모던했어요~~~ 아쉬웠던건 베개, 세계 어느 곳에서도 느꺼보지 못한 솜이 잔뜩 엉켜서 뭉쳐있는 베개였는데 그래도 불편하지는 않고 심지어 꽤 편했네요~ 한편으론 솜까지 빨아버리니 청결한건가 싶기도 했습니다 ㅎㅎ 그리고 오래된 호텔이라 리모델링 했어도 배관까지는 바꿀 수 없었겠지요. ㅡ.ㅡ;;;;; 양치물 꼭 생수를 추천합니다.

Everything was spectacular and will definitely be going to visit again. The front desk was very accommodating and very professional from the time I walked in and out!!!

환경이 좋고 서비스 직원이 열정적이며 아래층에 체육관이 있습니다. 불행히도 내가 언제 떠날지 몰랐다. 주변에 쇼핑몰이 없으나 갤러리아 등 쇼핑몰에서 멀지 않은 거리에 있습니다.

Room is comfortable front desk and manager are nice. Housekeeping is good in a good location close to where you want to go.

방은 깨끗했지만 누수가 있었고 wifi는 rm 109에서 매우 약했습니다. 근무중인 젊은 여성은 매우 도움이되었고 좋았습니다.
