Stayed at the Portals Hills, for a 5 day break, we were part of a wedding party group. The location was great ! short walk will take you down to the some shops, Restaurants, or the beautiful, Portals further down the hill. The Hotel its self was just luxury, clean, the staff friendly and also on hand to accommodate, breakfast was fresh, healthy, and a good selection. The views stunning, Hotel pool area beautiful. Everything I expected in a boutique hotel. We will defiantly book again.

우리는 호텔에서 멋진 숙박을했습니다. 시설, 특히 수영장과 사우나가 훌륭하며 호텔은 신혼 여행을 위해 사려 깊은 준비를 제공하여 대단히 감사했습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 전문적이며 머무는 동안 세심했습니다. 내 유일한 제안은 사우나와 체육관의 영업 시간을 연장하는 것입니다. 이것이 손님에게 시설을 즐길 수있는 더 많은 시간을 줄 수 있기 때문입니다. 전반적으로 환상적인 경험이었고 앞으로 다시 여기에 머물게되어 기쁩니다.

와우, 어디서부터 시작해야 할지. 남편과 저는 반대편 지구로 이사한 후 3살 된 아이를 마요르카로 데려왔습니다. 1년 만에 처음으로 바쁜 일상에서 벗어난 휴식이었고, 크리스마스 이후 일주일 동안 마요르카를 방문하기 위해 우리 도시에서 직항편이 있어서 끌렸습니다. 섬에 머물 곳을 조금 조사한 후 엘바 선셋을 찾았습니다. 먼저, 그리고 가장 중요한 것은 엘바의 모든 직원에게 헤아릴 수 없는 감사를 전하고 싶습니다. 이 시설의 직원들이 얼마나 편안하고 즐겁고 친절하고 사려 깊고 관대할 수 있는지 상상할 수 없었습니다. 진심입니다. 그들은 모두 정말, 정말 놀랍습니다. (이름이 잘못 철자되었다면 미리 사과드립니다!) 특히 이 휴가를 우리에게 절실히 필요했던 멋진 경험으로 만들어준 마르타, 엘리스, 에이드리안, 크리스티안, 헨리, 폴라, 페드로, 전체 청소 직원, 그리고 그곳에서 만난 모든 사람에게 감사드리고 싶습니다. 아들 휴고는 만나는 모든 사람에게 따뜻하게 안겨주고 보살펴 주었으며, 호텔 어디를 가든 온전히 받아들여지고 사랑을 듬뿍 받았습니다. 호텔 이야기가 나와서 말인데, 저희는 비수기에 묵었는데, 정말 강력 추천합니다. 아름다운 위치, 따스한 햇살, 아름다운 바다 전망을 자랑하는 밝고 넓은 객실, 수영장(물론 추웠지만... 남편과 아들은 별로 신경 쓰지 않았지만요!), 스파, 그리고 바다가 내려다보이는 레스토랑까지, 모든 게 완벽했습니다. 엘바 선셋을 마법 같은 장소로 만들어 준 모든 분들께 100점 만점에 100점을 드립니다. 진심으로 사랑합니다 xx

쉬운 체크인. 완벽한 위치. 바다를 향한 객실에서 멋진 전망. Magalluf *****와 매우 가깝지만 팔마노바의 바와 레스토랑에서 도보 거리에 있습니다. 호텔 앞 가파른 언덕이지만 모바일 경우 관리 할 수 있습니다. 좋은 품질과 합리적인 가격의 호텔의 음식과 음료. 모든 직원은 매우 친절하고 수용 적입니다. 특히 수영장 주변에서 낮에는 모든 거주자와 이야기하는 것을 강조하는 매니저 Ian이 있습니다. 레지던트 DJ는 수영장 옆에서 하루 종일 차가운 음악을 연주합니다. 나는 모든 연령대의 성인에게이 호텔을 확실히 추천 할 것이며 곧 다시 돌아올 것입니다. 고맙습니다.

好喜歡房間直通一個小花園，天氣特別好，酒店公區也特別漂亮，好像大花園盡頭有個門可以直接到達海邊，有條路沿着海散步很悠閑

Location: The area is very quiet, which was lovely for relaxing. There's a bus stop just a minute's walk away, and buses run frequently, making it easy to get around. There are also a few local shops and restaurants nearby, which was convenient. Hotel Staff: The receptionists were absolutely lovely warm, welcoming, and caring from the moment I arrived. The cleaners were also friendly and did a great job. However, my room was located right opposite the cleaners’ cabinet on floor 4, and they would start slamming doors around 7 AM, which disturbed my sleep. Room Experience: My air conditioning wasn’t working when I first arrived, but it was fixed within 30 minutes by the generator technician, which I appreciated. Restaurant & Food: The restaurant staff on the last floor level especially the waitresses, were sometimes a bit too pushy, and a few would finish their personal conversations before serving( a bit unprofessional.) The restaurant food was a letdown. I ordered a pizza for €10, but it looked nothing like the photo and was highly disappointing. On the flip side, breakfast was a standout plentiful, delicious, and beautifully presented. I’ve never had such a generous breakfast at a hotel. The breakfast staff were also amazing and attentive. Well done to them! Facilities: The swimming pool was great, and if you love swimming in the sea, this is the place for you beautiful access and views. Solo Travel Notes: I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're a solo traveler looking to meet people. Most of the guests seemed a bit unfriendly, and as an ethnic minority, I experienced a few uncomfortable stares. This isn't the hotel's fault necessarily,.

The location is good and the breakfast are wonderful, but reception with long hair the lady is very nice except the one who on duty on 29/6 evening and night time the lady with short one length she is very cool and stern , no smiling and no warm welcome.

Très bonne expérience à l’hôtel HM Martinique de Magaluf les points positifs : 3 piscine + sauna et hammam on peux trouver un magasin aussi très utile pour acheter à manger ou à boire , le seul point négatif c’est le wifi qui ne fonctionne pas très bien pour ma part . Le hammam n’était pas fonctionel aussi pendant mon séjour . Plage à proximité.

Honestly, we were very excited before arriving at this hotel, but after checking in, we found that the facilities were not what we had expected. The entertainment options were very limited. Apart from the children’s water slides and having a drink at the bar in the evening, there was very little else to do. We booked the All Inclusive package, but unfortunately the food quality was quite average. Many dishes lacked flavour and were rather bland. Although the food looked appealing and well presented at first glance, the actual taste was very disappointing. Most dishes were flavourless and lacked proper seasoning. The cooking quality was poor, and many items seemed badly prepared. For example, the French fries and hash browns were consistently soggy and soft rather than crispy, making them unpleasant to eat. The food may look good on display, but unfortunately it did not match the taste or quality we expected from an All Inclusive hotel. What disappointed us most was the restaurant service. During a meal of approximately one hour, not a single staff member came to clear our plates. We constantly had to rearrange our table ourselves in order to make space for the next course. The children’s pool area is also misleading. The pool with the slides is extremely shallow and not suitable for adults who want to swim. To use another swimming pool, guests are required to pay an additional €30. As a result, our family could not really enjoy the pool facilities together, as only the children could use the slides while the adults had nowhere suitable to swim. The reception service was also disappointing. In particular, one staff member named Andrew (or a similar name) never once smiled or appeared welcoming during our three-day stay. We passed through reception many times and asked for information on several occasions, yet he always seemed unfriendly and uninterested. This significantly affected our overall impression of the hotel. On a positive note, the room cleanliness was acceptable. However, we were surprised that no proper duvet or blanket was provided. Even though we travelled in June, the nights were still quite cool, and it was difficult to sleep comfortably with only a thin bedsheet. A proper blanket should be a basic amenity for guests. Overall, this hotel did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price paid for an All Inclusive stay. There is certainly room for improvement in the food quality, restaurant service, facilities, and customer service.

제가 살고 있는 방의 구성은 원본 사진과 다릅니다만, 원본 사진의 방향은 바다를 향하고 있지 않은 것 같습니다. 방의 방음이 별로 좋지 않습니다. 복도에 움직임이 있으면 제가 떠나는 것이 분명할 것입니다. 그날 비행기가 자정이었기 때문에 리셉션 직원에게 아침 식사 시간을 자정까지 조정해달라고 요청했습니다. 그래도 간단한 아침식사가 제공되는데 이 가격이면 바닷가 근처 방과 큰 방이 정말 저렴하네요!
