Great apartment and service and location next to the ski lift

The kids' pool and pool slides are under maintenance during our stay, even though we booked the hotel specifically for the kids' pool. Also, breakfast is not included, even though the booking stated that it includes 4 free breakfasts.

5성급 후기가 정말 최고예요! 방이 넓고 욕실에는 바닥 난방이 설치되어 있어요! 주방과 세탁기도 모두 포함되어 있고, 거실의 넓은 창문을 통해 바깥의 눈 덮인 풍경을 감상할 수 있어요! 발코니 전망도 정말 멋져요! 온수 욕조가 정말 마음에 들어요! 어르신과 아이들이 있는 가족에게 정말 안성맞춤이에요!

호텔 전체가 작은 마을에 있어 여행하기 매우 편리합니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 깔끔하며 어린이와 함께 생활하기에 적합합니다.

I understand this is a budget hotel, but I wish it had been clearer that there would be no housekeeping at all during the stay—not even bed-making or basic cleaning. It felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel, although it’s marketed as a hotel. Unfortunately, I also had a strong allergic reaction to the bed, which made it really hard to sleep. The air conditioner was extremely loud, and even when turned off, there was still a constant noise coming from somewhere—possibly the ventilation system, but I couldn't tell for sure. There was also quite a bit of traffic noise from the nearby road (could be a highway). That said, the room was spacious and had a small table to work at, which was convenient. The kitchenette was clean and functional, and the bathroom was in good condition. The closet space was also good (note that I traveled by myself).

호텔 위치가 중심가에서 조금 멀어요. 차를 렌트하거나 버스를 타야 할 거예요. 프런트 데스크 직원이 체크인할 때 입구 오른쪽 아무 곳에나 주차할 수 있다는 사실을 알려주지 않았어요. 방 키로 왼쪽 입구 문을 열려고 했는데 아예 안 열리더라고요. 여러 번 시도하다가 결국 관리 직원을 불러야 했는데, 그제야 관리 직원이 입구 오른쪽 아무 곳에나 주차할 수 있었다고 말해줬어요. 프런트 직원이 전혀 알려주지 않았던 사실이라 정말 답답했고, 알아내는 데 한 시간이나 걸렸어요. 객실은 아주 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 치약을 깜빡했는데, 부탁하니 흔쾌히 가져다주셔서 정말 좋았어요.

객실은 매우 넓고 위생 상태가 이상적이며 전반적인 느낌이 편안합니다. 위치는 매우 편리하며 아래층에는 많은 레스토랑과 상점이 있습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 신뢰할 수 있으며 다시 머무를 것을 고려할 것입니다.
