Not only the receptionist, staff for providing breakfast, dinner, tea and snacks were all responded in time and provided as per our order. 'The hotel is centrally located, the rooms were clean and welcoming. The staff are courteous and provide good service. The hotel has restaurants - veg and non veg separate in the same premises. Quality of service and rooms overall is good. Only thing i thought of requiring more attention is some linen provided seemed really old which can be avoided. The shower screen may need some attention.'

'Ac was in bad condition even the receptionist tried to rectify it still all the rooms ac was in bad condition, making it tough at night it was very difficult. Even for breakfast they had only a dosa option that was too plain dosa, dried dosa. Staff was helpful'
