The Cart House is situated in the village of Gulval with church and pub, and bus service to the stunning picturesque fishing village of St Ives just 6 miles over the hill. It is close to spectacular beaches, cliffs and the rugged Cornish coastline. It benefits from being in short and easy level walking distance to Penzance town centre, railway station, bus terminal and Isles of Scilly ferry. Mounts bay, with its safe beaches, St Michael's Mount and coastal cycle path are quickly and easily accessible. We can arrange surfing lessons, fishing trips, boat and wildlife trips and much more.The property is ideal for families, being so close to all local amenities, but still retains a traditional Cornish village atmosphere. This traditional granite cart house was built around 1895 and has been tastefully converted to a high standard. The kitchen is equipped with cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, washing machine.
