Premier Inn Penzance

Once again a great stay with excellent food for breakfast and dinner! Staff were helpful and attentive as usual! Samantha and Elaine were very welcoming, helpful and attentive. We were able to extend our stay one night due to weather issues and this was done without any fuss and was greatly appreciated! Thanks once again to all the staff for a wonderful stay! We'll be back soon!

Definetely a great place for breakfast and kids eat free ,Tina the chef is so lovely , friendly and so helpful too,wven though she was rushed of her feet with a very busy restaurant ,Making sure there is fresh cooked breakfast items ,it's all presented very well in a clean work enviroment not overloading so it's sat there for ages .Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time spent together ,we had very lovely service from Samantha too ,making sure we had all that we needed and let is know where things were .We look forward to coming again in the future.

We were allocated Room 309 which is a lovely big family room & the extra space meant we could spread out a bit. All the staff were so friendly & helpful. There is a well stocked book swap in reception. Lovely breakfast, the hot plates had broken but all items were available to order. The hotel is very central we did lots of cycling, walking & a bit of shopping.

Family get together for us with a wonderful breakfast cooked by Tina ,all so fresh and tasty ,we were able to order freshly made scrambled egg too ,continental breakfast was all also lovely and fresh .Samantha was also very helpful too us ensuring we had enough space and we're all happy with out visit there ,6 adults 2 children all very happy with food and service thankyou we will defientely be returning 😊.

Premier Inn Penzance is a great choice for location however you arrive including car parking (payable) across the road and for using public transport to get around with friendly staff and good choice of food and rooms, some with a sea view

Absolute awful hotel, no help what so ever I had no towels in my room. Rang the reception witch is 24 hour and didn’t get no answer on 9 occasions, food was absolutely shocking cheesy chips if you can call them cheesey was hard and the steak wasn’t cooked to my expectations but apparently nothing they can do about it. When spoke with someone in the morning they told me to call a number for my refund as there is a good night guarantee on the website if you don’t enjoy your nights sleep. To be told it’s false advertising and I don’t qualify for this when I had neighbours next door banging at 2 am also I had my 9 month old baby with that I requested a travel cot for but to no surprise couldn’t provide me with that either.

Just popped in for breakfast with a friend. What friendly staff, the chef remembered I liked my bacon crisped up from my previous visit. Nice hot fresh food and very clean. Sausages, hash browns, black pudding egg beans. Fried bread would be a welcome addition. Will be there again soon for sure!

Would like to say a big thankyou to janine and all her team at this amazing hotel the staff are so friendly and nothing is to much. they go àbove and beyond to make your stay amazing. Staff always happy to help. Stayed here a few times and wouldn't say anywhere else. Its got everything you need location is brilliant. But most of all the breakfast is something to look forward to in the morning its delicious also served by Elaine who was so lovely and friendly service with a smile. Sets you up for the day.

This is the best premier inn I have every stayed in… and I’ve stayed in a few. I stayed here earlier this week for 1 night in a premier plus room. The location of the hotel is very central. Although it doesn’t have a carpark, there’s a well lit, secure pay and display one right across the road. The train station is literally 2 minutes walk away too. The building itself is immaculate. It looks brand new but is about 4 years old. Check in was swift and efficient. My room was huge. It was beautifully appointed with high quality linen, toiletries and towels. There was a lovely coffee pod machine, kettle, fridge, complementary water and Green and Black chocolates. The bed was so comfortable and I had an unbelievably good nights sleep. The shower was really large and the shower fittings were really good quality. The breakfast was honestly fantastic. The chef had cooked the quality ingredients to perfection. It was so tasty I can’t believe I’m still raving about it..but I am so that tells you how good it was. The care he took in not just cooking each element beautifully but presenting each buffet element with care is something normally you only see in much more expensive establishments. In summary, this place is outstanding. I’m not kidding when I say it’s the best premier inn I’ve ever stayed in. It is. I highly recommend a stay here, I’m back here with work later in the year and I can’t wait.
