'Cleanliness need to improve as there is sands in the room. Found there are few big or small spiders in room and bathroom. Overall we still have a good sleep over the two nights stay. The place is quiet.'

'The hotel’s cleanliness was acceptable. Midland Gate Mall is conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute drive from the hotel. However, the main drawback was the location. Midland is about 20 km away from most major attractions and the city center, which meant we had to travel an extra 20 km round trip every time we wanted to visit key destinations or return to the hotel. The hotel only has four parking slots, and they were unavailable throughout our 4-day stay. Fortunately, there’s a large car park behind the hotel that’s free to use from 6 PM to 8 AM, and roadside parking is also an option.'

'I chose this bcos I still had a rental car with me If you come with a car or a campervan or a caravan you could stay here The residence is old but I could live with it as long as it is clean The staff in the front desk was so friendly and kind You can find restaurant and groceries nearby (by car)'

'The hotel service was top notched and very professional for a 3star rating. The staff were very friendly, professional and accommodating. I had to travel early and deposited 2 bags at the counter. They had it sent to my room prior to my arrival as I had arrived late for the check in. The rooms were very clean, no funny smells and the linen were sparkling. Definite good recommendation for good prices.'

'Very close to the airport. Though there are not many cafes and restaurants around the area, in house dining provides plenty of options to choose from. There are nice walking tracks along the Swan river. Please is kept very tidy and clean'
