두 사람을위한 저녁 식사는 lovely했고, 저녁 식사와 양조와 함께 하룻밤 머물렀다. 봉사 한 엘리사는 환상적이었고, 우리를 매우 환영하고 더 수용 할 수 없었습니다. 추가 노력으로 저녁이 매우 즐거웠습니다. 우리가 다시 그 지역에 있다면 우리는 확실히 돌아올 것입니다.

우리는 몇 년 전에이 호텔에 머물 렀지 만 최근에 개조되었습니다. 이상한 장식 선택! 우리 방은 매우 좋았고 물병의 추가는 좋은 터치였습니다. 방에 티슈가 없었고 수건은 이상한 선택이었고 더 커야했고 항상 호텔에서 흰색, 푹신한 수건을 좋아했고 이것들은 회색이고 푹신하지 않았습니다. 아침 식사의 뷔페는 충분했지만 신선한 과일과 패스트리를 추가하면 좋을 것입니다. 저녁 식사는 좋았지 만 서비스는 매우 느리고 분명히 바쁘고 직원이 부족했습니다. 당시에는 환대에 문제가 있다는 것을 알고 있습니다. 우리를 위해 예약 된 택시는 최소 20 파운드의 요금을 받았지만 직원들은 모두 매우 도움이되었습니다. 5분의 여행을 가면서, 이 정보에 감사했을 것입니다.

Lovely stay but needs improving. We booked a night at the hotel to celebrate my birthday. When we arrived, we had afternoon in the library (without any books or any reference to it being a library). The afternoon tea was lovely but not anything to write home about! We have had countless afternoon teas and this was the first time we had tea from a tea bag, normally it is loose tea leafs. The sandwiches were not replenished and there was one 1 small sharing ramekin of cream and jam between 2! We ordered gin and tonics in the bar and they had run out of plain gin due to a wedding at the weekend. Well ok I get it but there are other guests in the hotel and alcohol should be restocked! We were so looking forward to our evening meal in an award winning restaurant. This was so disappointing and further research into the award winning restaurant goes back to 2019/2020 when the chef did win an award, but he has subsequently left and the food is not award winning.y husband order a prawn cocktail to start and it was well ......a deconstructed prawn cocktail with very little sauce. My duck starter was lovely but our mains were less than appetising. I ordered lamb and well for £38.00 I could have bought a leg of lamb. I had 2 micro pieces of lamb which were as tough as old boots. My husband ordered steak medium rare and it was somewhat well done. I would say that the food was expensive pub grub not an award winning experience. The hotel is lovely but if you want to experience the food I would advise that you book a restaurant elsewhere

우리는 매우 편리했기 때문에 Mandalay를 선택했습니다. 우리는 일찍 예약했고 우리 짐은 우리 방으로 가져 갔다. 우리가 그 저녁에 돌아 왔을 때 우리는 식당이 닫혔다 고 들었다. 큰 문제는 아닙니다. 그러나 우리가 우리 방을 발견했을 때 나는 크기와 위치에 두려워했습니다. 그것은 던전이었다 (에어콘이 없다!). 창문을 열 수없고, 전혀 볼 수 없으며, 욕실은 너무 작아서 샤워 문이 완전히 열리지 않습니다. 방이 너무 작아서 침대 옆 테이블 하나만 있습니다. 사전에 예약 한 경우에도 불구하고 우리 방은 호텔에서 최악의 방이었습니다. 다음날 아침 체크 아웃을했을 때 나는 불행하다고 리셉션에 말했고, 그는 메모를 가져 갔고 누군가 나에게 연락 할 것을 약속했습니다. 2 주 후 아무도 없었습니다! 나는 호텔에 이메일을 보냈고 그들의 멍청한 응답은 가장 도움이되지 않았습니다. 청구 된 가격으로는 완전히 받아 들일 수 없습니다.

애스페리온 힐사이드 호텔의 위치는 시티투어를 하기 편리한 관광명소에 있습니다. 애스페리온 힐사이드 호텔 예약은 길드포드 여행을 더욱 편안하게 만들어 드립니다.호텔에서 길퍼드이 단, 6km 정도 거리에 있고, 판 버러 공항이 단, 17km 정도 거리에 있어 교통이 매우 편리합니다. 호텔 주변에는 스토크 공원, 서레이 스포츠 파크, Guildford Spectrum 등 길드포드 인기 관광지들이 많습니다.여가시간에는 다양한 호텔 시설을 이용하실 수 있습니다. 호텔에서는 주차 공간을 제공합니다.

길드포드 자체에는 4개의 호텔이 있습니다. 100년이 넘는 역사를 지닌 이 오래된 호텔은 높은 거리에 있지만 반대편에는 호텔이 너무 낡았고 시설이 낡았고 엘리베이터가 없었고 집 바닥이 경사로였습니다. 실수로 넘어지기 쉽습니다.

At reception we got off to a bad start, on checking in we were asked for payment, I questioned this as I believed I had already paid in advance. The receptionist said we had not so we paid again, it was only when we got to the room and checked our banking details we discovered we had already paid The room was a described a small double, however it was dressed for a single occupancy, towels for 1 person, cup for one person and the single biscuit 😊. .Also when booking we were led to believe both parking and breakfast were included. This seemingly was is stated somewhere on the webpage however not immediately evident, on reading other reviews we were not the first guests to be confused by this. Having said this the room was clean, both members of staff we spoke to were extremely pleasant and the hotel is well situated for Central Guildford and well situated for access to the A3

Stayed 2 nights at the De Vere and couldn't fault it. Stayed in room 105 in the Towers a beautiful building just up from the main one. The room had a wonderfully comfortable Super King bed and the room was spacious and well catered for. Bathroom almost as spacious with lovely wash products/gels, and a very good hand rail installed for the step over bath with double shower attachments. Really nice breakfast selection and wonderfully will cooked breakfast. Staff wonderful and great stay was had. Note that it is nice and quiet just off the main road and ideal location for several national trust properties (Polesdon Lacey lovely) and RHS Wisley which is beautiful this time of year. All within a 20 min drive. Thanks to all at the De Vere!
