이 호텔은 매우 작지만 실제 숙박 공간을 최대한 활용했습니다. 내 방은 다른 건물에 있었고 매우 달콤한 접수원이 열쇠와 엘리베이터가 있는 튜토리얼을 주었습니다. 당신이 나만큼 유럽에 익숙하지 않다면 이것은 절대적으로 필요한 단계였습니다. 내가 들어갔을 때 방은 넓고 깨끗하며 멋지게 장식되어 있고 편안했습니다. 욕실도 마찬가지로 좋았습니다. 호텔에서 Tiber 강에 앉아 강과 아래 거리의 멋진 전망을 감상할 수 있습니다. 창문이 닫히면 교통 소리가 들리지 않아 방도 놀라울 정도로 조용했습니다. 아침 식사는 맛있고 건강에 좋은 첫 번째 아침에 요청한 시간에 내 방에서 제공되었으며 두 번째 아침에는 본관 ...의 아침 식사 스테이션에 가야했습니다. 위치는 대부분의 사이트에서 도보로 10-15분, colessuem에서 도보로 약 30-35분 거리에 있습니다. 나는 걷는 동안 꽤 안전하다고 느꼈지만 물론 여전히 경계하고 리셉션은 나에게 지도를 주고 사용 방법을 보여주고 시간을 최대한 활용하기 위해 가장 좋은 경로에 대해 교육했습니다. 대체로 훌륭한 객실, 서비스 및 위치. 나는 매우 추천 할 것이다. 그러나 개선을 위해 그들은 내가 이번 여행에서 머물렀던 많은 호텔과 마찬가지로 손님에게 구강 관리 세트와 침대 슬리퍼를 줄 수 있습니다.

사실 게스트하우스입니다. 체크인이 특히 불친절했습니다. 내비**션을 따라 건물 입구까지 갔지만 열쇠 없이는 들어갈 수 없었습니다. 프런트 데스크와 연결이 안 되어 씨트립 고객센터에 전화했더니 프런트 데스크에 연락할 수 있도록 도와주었습니다. 잠시 후 직원이 와서 체크인을 도와주었고, 모든 주의사항을 친절하게 설명해 주었습니다. 작은 마당에서 식사를 할 수 있고, 공용 주방에는 커피 머신과 주전자가 있습니다. 프런트 데스크는 숙소에서 조금 떨어져 있으니 직원에게 미리 연락하는 것이 좋습니다. 온수가 매우 불규칙적으로 나왔습니다. 샤워실에서 뜨거운 물과 차가운 물이 번갈아 나왔습니다. Wi-Fi는 항상 사용할 수 없었고, 건물 내부 신호는 매우 약했습니다. 위치는 최고입니다. 기차역까지 걸어서 10분밖에 걸리지 않고, 근처에 레스토랑이 많이 있는데, 로마에 5일 머무는 동안 두 번이나 갔던 사천 요리 전문점도 있습니다.

Objection evaluation: Firstly, the location is great. You can walk to main scenes for around 20 minutes( except Vatican, 40minutes). And the taxi fee from Termini to hotel is 10 euros. Besides, you can take taxi conveniently because there is a taxi station nearby(around 100 meters). Secondly, the “check in” session is not convenient for guests who book this hotel for just several days ago. Because there is not a email with guides and you have to explore everything by yourself. The hotel is in a building, which also contains other hotels. It’s just close to Timberland and Apple store. And you can’t open the gate because it needs a key. Luckily, we met a person who lives there and he let us in. Then you should take the elevator to 5th floor and walk downstairs for a half floor. Now you will find that you don’t have the password to get in. We knocked the door but nobody answered. So we made a phone call and sent our information by sms. And finally, later an employee came out. She is a good person and it seems like that she also does housekeeping. Thus she may not hear our knocking. The room has a beautiful view. But you can hear car horn. There were no free water, slippers or toothbrush. You need to prepare by yourself. And the bath pipe was broken and it leaked a lot of water. Also we couldn’t find the switch for exhausting fan in restroom. That is what I experienced in this hotel. Overall the hotel is fine. Hope my experience can help more people~

We stayed here for four nights in June of 2025. The location of the hotel is generally good for getting to some of the more noteworthy site (Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc.). There's a metro station around 8 minutes walk away, which opens up most of the rest of the city pretty well. We walked from here to the Vatican, which took around 35 minutes, but would be less than half that by cab. The surrounding area is great for clothing shops, but the food we found nearby was mostly so-so, and frequently over-priced tourist fare, though I'm sure if you walk a little farther from the hotel you can find some good options. The room itself was booked for a family of four, and was comfortable. The bathroom and shower had good water pressure, and the AC worked just fine. Some of the sheets were not quite clean, but we just didn't use the one we found slightly dirty. The beds were comfortable and a good size. The room and hotel have little to no facilities, so you're really just paying for room and the location. The exterior entrance is not well marked, and we actually walked past it on the street several times. If you're thinking of booking here, I'd recommend just looking for the GAP store which is directly across the street, much easier to find. Our interactions with the hotel staff were limited. We received a number of automated messages, some of which were contradictory, or had out of date information. After booking and paying for the room (a non-refundable booking) we were told there was an extra ”city tax” not included which would need to be paid before checking in which amounted to around an extra $90 or so, and the offered price of an airport transfer service went up as soon as we requested it (from 85 euros to 95). The hotel arranged the transfer service for us, but the driver left the airport before we could get out of the passport control due to another booking. The driver service showed up at the hotel at the time the flight was supposed to arrive, even though the flight was late, and you'd expect them to know that going through passport control takes easily an hour, so this seems to be quite poor planning on behalf of either the hotel or the service. We ended up taking a taxi from the airport which was also slightly over half the price of the transfer service, so I'd recommend skipping their service, it seems like a rip-off. Taxis from the airport to the city center seem to be subsidized by the government, and were a fixed price of 55 euros (for a normal size car big enough for 4 people) at the time we visited. The train from the airport is also not a bad idea if you're comfortable using the metro, as the train station is just 3-4 metro stops from the nearest metro station to the hotel (Spagna). Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but felt like we mostly paid for the location.

위치가 정말 훌륭해요. 아주 평화롭고 조용하며 관리가 잘 되어 있었어요. 숙소는 깔끔하고 편안했고, 직원들은 친절하고 배려심이 넘쳤습니다. 심지어 저희가 정확히 어디에 있는지 확인하려고 전화까지 해주셔서 정말 도움이 많이 됐어요.

Per il prezzo di Roma non è male, però le modalità di self check in sono leggermente macchinose per il primo ingresso (poi una volta ottenute le chiavi che si trovano in stanza si apre portone esterno e di ingresso al condominio). Il bagno aveva una doccia con muffa ed usciva pochissima acqua dal soffione, tutto incrostato, comunque pur cercando di pulirlo non usciva molta acqua. Per il prezzo non è malaccio però
