Great location and room was spacious, clean and comfortable. One thing we didn't love was that the concierge desk was literally right outside our room (actually even blocking half of the door) which didn't allow for much privacy and slightly awkward interactions when having to leave the room for the toilet or to go out (and not great if you're a couple wanting some alone time 😅). The other rooms might have been fine, so I'd book one of those next time since the accomodation was otherwise good. Check-in and out was seamless. Would stay again!

This is our 1st time having such a bad experience stay. We were asked via WhatsApp to provide our personal passport info and to pay hotel tax via a payment link in the WhatsApp, it was received well in advance before our check-in. We found this way is very unusual, and due to uncertainty whether the message was from the property , we declined to pay the tax upfront. Then the so-called property staff claimed we disrespect them. I found absurd as we have fully paid our accommodation and told them will fully pay the tax upon check-in, of which it was a small amount as compared to the total 3 nights stay rate. After checked in, we found only one toilet roll is given without any tissue. So we requested for an extra, and becoz the weather was warm, we asked for a thin bedsheet instead of a given duvet. The property staff said need to charge us £50 simply for a thin pc of bedsheet!! We found this is ridiculous and giving us an extra toilet roll, they were unhappy. What is the cost of a toilet roll as compared to the high rate stay of this property as compared to nearby accommodation? They gave us an under expectation unit, with no view (see photo) , which is so much difference from the advertised photo. They objected to change room for us even though we told them the safe deposit box is spoilt on the day after checking in. Goodness was that they wanted us to clear the trash bins to bring it to ground floor on our last day ! I havn’t encountered this at all even in dome AirBnB units. We asked for Trash bags as their bin has not bag, the property staff said they provide no trash bags! So how are we supposed to help them to clear the trash if no bags provided? U expect us to buy trash bag and help them to clean? Totally ridiculous! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED as the unit is small , odd room layout

저희는 4인실을 예약했는데, 분위기가 정말 좋았어요. 화장실이 밖에 있었는데도 아주 깨끗하고 편리했습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 깔끔하며 아름답고 편안했어요. 더블 침대 하나와 싱글 침대 두 개가 있었고, 방은 매우 넓고 천장이 높아서 쾌적했습니다. 방에 들어서자마자 두 개의 통유리 발코니 문에 깜짝 놀랐는데, 정말 분위기 있었어요. 문을 열고 나간 발코니는 정말 최고였고, 경치도 너무 아름다웠습니다. 주변 교통도 편리해서 카사 바트요까지 걸어서 몇 분이면 갈 수 있었고, 카사 밀라를 비롯한 주변 관광지들과도 매우 가까워서 편리했어요. 프런트 직원분들도 서비스 태도가 좋았고, 짐도 무료로 보관해 주셔서 아주 친절했습니다.

24시간 데스크 운영에 나갈때 키를 맡아주는 시스템 친절하시고 위치도 좋고 아주아주 좋습니다. 추천합니다!!!!!

A very kind and welcoming woman at the reception who explained everything in detail; city maps and guides are also available on site. The room fully matches the photos and includes towels, a hairdryer, shower gel, and an air conditioner with adjustable temperature. Sound insulation is not perfect, but during our stay there were no noisy guests, so it did not affect our sleep. There is a shared fridge and microwave near the reception, which is very convenient. The location is excellent: a quiet and safe area with shops, cafés, and public transport nearby, and about a 35–40 minute walk to Sagrada Família at a relaxed pace. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for convenient, comfortable, and safe accommodation close to the city center.

편리한 위치, 깨끗한 방 및 모든 편의 시설. 욕실도 생각보다 깨끗했습니다.

장점: 숙소를 찾기는 비교적 쉬웠습니다. 주거용 건물의 2층에 위치했지만 구글 지도로 정확하게 찾을 수 있었고, 건물 아래에서 인터폰을 누르면 굳이 말하지 않아도 24시간 문을 열어주어 편리했습니다. 숙소 위치는 중심가에 있어 좋았습니다. 공항 기차로 도착하는 시내 역인 BARCELONA-SANTS 역에서 숙소까지 도보 50분 거리였고, 숙소에서 사그라다 파밀리아 성당까지 5km, 개선문까지 3km, 바르셀로나 항구의 콜럼버스 동상까지 1.8km였습니다. 개별 화장실이 없는 방에도 세면대가 있어 여러모로 편리했습니다. 직원들은 여행 지도를 제공하고 주요 관광지를 간략하게 설명하며 표시해주어 도움이 되었습니다. 공용 공간에는 정수기, 전기 주전자, 차 티백이 구비되어 있었고, 직원들이 공용 공간을 항상 청결하게 관리해주었습니다. 단점: 이 방은 한 번 예약하면 취소나 변경이 불가능해서, 원래 다른 일정을 계획했음에도 불구하고 어쩔 수 없이 기존 계획대로 진행해야 했습니다. 체크인 절차가 다소 번거로웠습니다. 직원의 휴대폰 앱에 거주 국가, 도시, 주소, 우편번호를 직접 입력하고 서명해야 했습니다. 가격은 제가 다른 현지 OTA(온라인 여행사)에서 본 것보다 비쌌습니다. 아무래도 대리 예약을 통해 예약했기 때문인 것 같습니다.

내 여자 친구와 나는 좋은 숙박에 필요한 거의 모든 것을 갖추고 있기 때문에이 숙박 시설에 머무르는 것을 꽤 즐겼습니다! 지하철에 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 비교적 좋은 위치에 있으며 바르셀로나 중심에서 그리 멀지 않습니다. 또한 훌륭하고 매우 저렴한 카페와 레스토랑으로 둘러싸여 있습니다. 우리가 머무는 동안 원했던 한 가지는 주전자가 없어서 차 / 커피 또는 뜨거운 물을 직접 만들 수 없다는 것입니다. 그리고 나는 우리가 3 박 동안 거기에 머물렀고 전체 체류 기간 동안 아무것도 없었기 때문에 매일 청소가 있어야하는지 이해하지 못했습니다.

Dans un quartier très vivant. Parking pratique et surtout gratuit, une rareté. Chambre correcte. Literie correcte. Défauts: pas de passage de la femme de ménage le 2eme jour, manque de rangement pour les habits, une petite cafetière à dosettes dans la chambre serait un petit plus.

Excellent séjour, Le personnel est extrêmement bienveillant, aimable et toujours prêt à aider. Leur professionnalisme a rendu notre séjour très agréable. L'hôtel est très confortable, propre et idéalement situé, à proximité de toutes les principales attractions et des transports. Je le recommande sans hésitation et j'y reviendrai avec plaisir
