'サンセバへの経由で1泊。サンセバ行きのバスが出ているインターナショナル駅直結でめちゃくちゃ便利だった。サンマメスタジアムまでも数分。美術館や中心部は20~30分程歩くが徒歩圏内。施設もとても綺麗でバリアフリーだしアメニティも揃っているしウェルカムドリンクもあって助かる。サッカーのシーズン中はかなり高くなるのかもしれないが、それ以外はコスパも良く最高。'

'What a great hotel! Across the board we were blown away by how perfect this hotel made our stay. The staff - ALWAYS helpful and fun and professional. The room - Beautiful, large double bed for us was more than adequate and a large room. Bathroom - Great size and LARGE tub and shower with TONS of water pressure. Location - Bilbao is one of the most walkable cities, but the hotel is right at the edge of the river so 10 min to Guggenheim and 5 min to the old town. Breakfast - We had breakfast a couple times and the beans and eggs were my staple. The eggs were off the first visit, but the second visit they were much better. Bacon and pastries were tasty and the cream cheese with herbs was a treat. We will be back for sure. You won't be disappointed by staying here.'

'Hotel was minutes away from Guggenheim Museum Bilbao which was our planned at Bilbao. There is hotel parking with a fee available during booking. The breakfast was good. The hotel and resturant staff were friendly and kind. My room was modern and clean, it comes with a streets view. There is room available with the museum view too.'

'위치가 좋아서 걸어서 어디든 갈 수 있어서 편리했습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 따뜻하고 도움이 많이 되었습니다. 객실과 욕실은 넓었지만, 방 한가운데에 커다란 기둥이 있어서 불편했습니다. 엘리베이터 근처 복도 입구에 있는 방이라 가끔씩 시끄러웠습니다. 객실에 차나 커피 머신이 없어서 좀 기본적인 느낌이었습니다. 주변에 편의시설이 많아서 호텔 시설을 이용하지 않고 아침 식사를 먹으러 나갔습니다. 2박밖에 하지 않아서 굳이 이것저것 신경 쓸 필요는 없어 보였습니다. 하룻밤 묵기에는 괜찮았지만, 제가 본 바로는 오래 머물기에는 적합하지 않았습니다.'

'С точки зрения дизайна - это хороший красивый отель. Удобный матрас, меню подушек, фен, банные принадлежности… но!! Кофе машина в моем но ере не работала, полное отсутствие шумоизоляции. Было ощущение что я спала на улице среди толп гуляющей молодежи (а отель находится непосредственно в квартале casco viejo). Вешалка для верхней одежды располагается прямо над чайником и кофемашиной. То есть чайник надо кипятить так, чтобы пар не попадал на плащ…? Крайне опасные ватные палочки. Я пришла при check-out к администратору и показала как одним движением можно проколоть себе нечаянно барабанную перепонку. А ценник за ночь совсем не маленький. У меня нет желания рекомендовать этот отель для комфортного проживания и знакомства с Бильбао. Увы'
