즐거운 곳이 많기 때문에이 호텔의 별을 공제하여 죄송합니다. 컨시어지가 매우 도움이되었고 객실은 깨끗하고 편안하며 도시를위한 훌륭한 위치이지만 ....... 1. 옥상 바가있는 것은 자산입니다. 우리는 충격적인 전망이있는 것처럼 리셉션 직원에게 방문하도록 격려했습니다. 나는 당신이 예약해야하는지 물었고, 7에서 열리지 말라고 들었다. 우리가 거기에 갔을 때 발견했던 것처럼 충격적인 전망이 있지만 월요일과 화요일에 닫혔습니다! 왜? 그것은 성수기이며 우리는 거기에 올라가는 것이 좋습니다! 매우 실망 스럽습니다. 2. 아침 뷔페는 좋았지 만 한 사람 만 정리하고 테이블을 놓고 공급이 보충되었는지 확인했습니다. 빵, 주스, 베이컨 및 계란을 줄 지어있었습니다. 오전 9시였습니다. 훌륭한 위치로 부끄러운.

체크인을 기다리는 동안 갓 짜낸 오렌지 주스를 큰 잔으로 주셨고, 객실 시설도 매우 현대적이었고, 화장실에는 처음으로 비데도 설치되어 있었습니다. 여행에서 돌아온 뒤 기력을 보충하기 위해 은행나무 한 접시, 치즈, 깍둑썰기한 햄, 비스킷을 방에 나눠주었습니다. 밖에 나가면 곳곳에 음식이 있는데, 특히 호텔에서 추천하는 해산물 레스토랑에서는 맛있고 저렴한 타파스를 즐길 수 있습니다. 아침 식사는 메뉴에서 주문했는데 매우 맛있었습니다. 유일한 단점은 방에 바디로션이 없고 주변이 매우 건조하다는 점이었습니다.. 프런트에 말씀드리니 록시땅 바디로션 작은병이 배달되어 왔고 샴푸, 기타 어메니티도 모두 엘에서 가져왔습니다. '옥시탄.

This is a gem of a hotel. The staff is one of the best I have ever experienced and I travel a lot. The architecture is an amazing balance of traditional and contemporary. They have wonderful seating areas, the gym and pool are a lovely addition as well as the roof top bar. Location is perfect!

My husband and I went to this hotel during our honeymoon. It looked great online, with 5 star ratings. On our first night there, we had no hot water. There is a rainfall shower and a shower attachment in the bathtub. We spent the whole day outside and were looking forward to a shower. The water was cold int he rainfall shower and barely lukewarm in the bathtub. We called the front desk, and a man came by and said our options were either cold showers tonight or to shower in the spa. The next night, we requested a different room in which the showers were hot. We were then told it was a problem in the whole hotel and they were trying to find us a room. They gave us a handicap accessible room, which would have been fine except the toilet was in the shower. We requested a different room, and the hotel agent confirmed the water would be warm. I was very excited to have a shower, and I had 2 minutes of lukewarm water and then it was cold again. Granada was already wet and chilly, and this really dampened our stay. No refund or discount was offered. I didn’t have a warm shower the whole time I was there, which for a 5 star hotel is ridiculous.

My family stayed two nights in this hotel on a tour of Alhambra Palace. The outside common area of the hotel, including the dining room, was very well maintained and could deserve a 5-star rating. The rooms inside were a different story. We occupied two rooms. One was a “superior deluxe room,” and the other was a “classic city-view double room.” Both had the same price tag. The deluxe room was spacious and well-lit but had an odd arrangement with a useless bathtub in the center. Moreover, the room smelled of sewage when we entered the room—which I notified the management. They disagreed and claimed there was no sewage smell. I did not appreciate the response, as all four of our family members smelled of sewage. Nor did I escalate the issue, as our stay was short. The city-view room had a small window overlooking the city without much viewing space. The room was tiny, with two twin beds packed in the room, and was poorly lit. It felt like being in a prison cell. The shower doors in both rooms did not close fully, so the water splashed out. In short, both rooms were substandard and did not deserve the price tag at all. My recommendation to travelers is to stay elsewhere, and if you need to stay there, avoid the small “city-view” rooms and Deluxe Room #331 that smells of sewage. I got to love Spain and its people who are very friendly and helpful, but not this hotel.

Un autentico desastre. Reservamos la habitacion por booking basandonos en unas fotografias que no tenian nada que ver con la realidad. Nos encontramos una habitacion con una cama de 1,35, sabanas sucias, colchon tan viejo que hacia aguas hacia dentro, una luz en el techo que no se apagaba por la noche y un baño con olor a orina, sucio y diminuto. Si teneis la oportunidad de ver sus fotos en booking no tienen nada que ver con lo que estoy describiendo. Bajamos al dia siguiente despues de no haber dormido nada y preguntamos si podiamos hablar con el encargado y que no podiamos pagar 120€ por noche por una habitación asi porque no se ajustaba a la realidad y era terrible y nos dijeron que no, que nos iban a hacer un cambio de habitacion y que por supuesto no teniamos ningun descuento por las molestias. Si bien la habitacion nueva era mejor, el baño al entrar estaba lleno de agua, pedimos que lo limpiaran y no lo hicieron, nos duchamos como pudimos y el baño tenia dos palmos de agua al terminar de ducharnos. Al hacer el check out pedimos por favor hablar de nuevo con el director ya que habia sido un auténtico desastre de fin de semana y nos sentiamos muy engañados ya que si llegamos a saber que estas son las habitaciones reales del hotel no hubiéramos reservado en este hotel si no en otro. Y la respuesta es que el director estaba incomunicado desde hace dos dias y que claro que ellos habian cogido el hotel hace un año y que no habian podido reformar el hotel. De verdad un horror, no os fieis de las fotos de booking. Seguimos esperando a que nos contacte el director despues de haber pagado 235€ de hotel para la experiencia que comparto.

We loved out stay at the Suites Gran Via 44. The location was perfect and the staff was very accommodating and helpful. The suite was very comfortable! We were able to walk to the Alhambra from the hotel, although we would probably take Uber if we had to do it over again. Slaying the hill that leads to the Alhambra's entrance was not easy!

Hostel is more hotel vibe than a hostel. Was in a 6 bed female dorm. The bed was comfy and had a power point as well as couple usb ports. Only downside was the bathroom was one toilet and one shower so if someone was in the shower you couldn’t use the toilet. I had to pay for a towel at TOC Granada all female dorm room, but when I got to TOC Seville and was also in a female only room it was included - so that was confusing

Very pleased with the hostel. Placed in the heart of the city. The location couldn't be better. There are tons of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. And everything you want to visit is walking distance. Great service. Cute and clean rooms with everything you need. Great price as well!!!! Overall great experience. Highly recommended 🩷

좋은 위치, 주변에 편리하게 먹을 수 있고, 중국 음식을 먹으며, 20 분 이상 아궁으로 걸어가지만, 호텔은 삼성이지만 등산은 매우 피곤하지만 장식 스타일은 매우 현대적입니다 .5 층에는 5 가지 색상이 있습니다. 2 층, 파란색 색조가 매우 아름답습니다. 단점은 아침 식사의 맛이 좋고 커피를 마시는 것이 특히 어렵다는 것입니다. 유럽에서는 거의 그렇지 않습니다.

Mosaiko Homes Catedral은 그라나다에 머무는 동안 훌륭한 선택으로 밝혀졌습니다. 호텔은 크고 매우 편안하며 필요한 모든 것을 갖추고 있으며 필수품이 아닌 자원을 낭비하지 않습니다. 주방 구석과 넓은 욕실이 있는 별도의 거실 공간이 있습니다. 주방에는 전자레인지, 냉장고, 접시와 수저가 있는 스토브 상단이 있습니다. 알함브라에서 도보로 약 30분 거리에 있는 도시의 매우 흥미로운 부분에 있습니다. 우리가 도착했을 때 우리를 만난 Anna는 가장 도움이되고 매우 즐거웠습니다. 내가 그라나다로 돌아간다면 나는 확실히 다시 여기에 머물 것입니다.
