Close to the 87 highway and easy access to Saratoga and Lake George, both 15 minutes away.The spaceNewly renovated two bedroom house on gorgeous large lot in quiet safe neighborhood and 10 minute walking distance to downtown Glens Falls. The house was built during the Civil War and has a nice front porch, a beautiful yard abutting a park so it feels like you are in the country although you just a few minutes from thriving downtown Glens Falls where you will find restaurants, shopping and more.The kitchen has new appliances and stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware and cookware. There are 2 steeps between the kitchen/dinning room and the rest of the house. There is a newly renovated bathroom on the first floor. The living room is furnished with sofa, Oriental rug, a smart TV, and the electric fireplace.The only bathroom is on the first floor with bed rooms on the second. The stairs are quite steep and narrow, as is typical of old houses. The two bedrooms which are on the second floor are charming with sloped walls but have fairly low (6’3”) ceilings so as long as you’re not really tall, you’ll feel cozy. You will love this New York City style loft.The property is designed for adults. The apartment in itself is very modern and has a beautiful iron spiral staircase. The balcony area creates an open concept en-suite. The main floor has a full kitchen, living and dining area.The full kitchen is equipped with everything needed to make a quick meal. There is a sitting area and a half bath. The living room has a smart TV and sleeper sofa. The sitting area that sits behind the glass doors also has a sleeper sofa and a smart TV. This area is equipped with a dining table. Up the spiral staircase is a designated bedroom en-suite. There is a smart TV on the wall opposite of the King Bed. This is where the only shower is featured. There is a room divider to provide privacy. ONE Private parking spot available in the shared lot.
