I just wanted to take a moment to write and say thank you for such a wonderful stay. From the minute we walked in the door we were greeted by fantastic staff. From the bellman to the girl who checked us in a the desk. I cannot remember her name now; I am sorry! Giorgia Belletta had interacted with me via email prior to my arrival and she was nice enough to come out to the desk and meet me when we arrived! That was such a thoughtful gesture. Our room was perfect and conveniently located. It was also spacious for our family of 4. Thank you as well for the lovely arrival gift that was in our room. The Concierge Staff was phenomenal. We just loved talking with Paolo and Vicenzo. They were so helpful, professional, interesting to speak with, and provided us with great restaurant lists. We loved every dinner we had in Florence (we ate twice at Osteria di Giovanni, once at Il Profeta, and once at Berbere). The list and descriptions were so helpful. We appreciated their adivce with car rentals, as well as booking our reservation for the Uffizi Gallery. Please send our regards from Montana to them. We thank you all for contributing to our wonderful trip to Italy. We will cherish the memories of your hotel and city of Florence.

우리는 특별한 결혼 기념일을 위한 선물로 이 호텔을 예약했습니다(팀에서는 전혀 언급/인정하지도 않았습니다.). 사전 도착 이메일에는 우리가 100유로를 요청하지 않은 '로맨틱한 저녁 식사'(이유 설명 없음)가 추가되었지만! 음… 아뇨, 고마워요! 나는 광범위하게 여행하고 많은 4/5성급 호텔에 묵습니다. 안타깝게도 DP가 전달하지 않았습니다! 가장 놀라운 점은 출발 당일 호텔에 직접 피드백을 이메일로 보냈으나 아직 답변을 받지 못했다는 것입니다. 그것은 나에게 '우리는 정말로 상관하지 않는다'라고 말합니다… 좋은… 멋진 건물/좋은 방(작은 욕실도 있음) 및 멋진 고객 서비스 순간, 하우스키핑 아줌마는 훌륭했고 프론트 직원은 주로 도움이 되고 쾌적했습니다. 나쁜… 첫날 아침 식사, 3/4 동안 무시되었습니다. 분, 우리 테이블을 놓아달라고 요청해야했습니다. 웨이터는 단 한 명뿐이었습니다. 정리되지 않은 테이블, 스크램블 에그 없음. 더 많은 것을 요구해야했습니다. 수란/오믈렛과 같은 '추가' 아침 식사 항목을 원할 경우 추가 요금이 부과됩니다. 뜨거운 음식의 유일한 제공이 베이컨과 스크램블 에그였는데 단단하거나 차갑거나 전혀 존재하지 않았을 때 조금 우스꽝스럽습니다!,,!! 이건 5성급인거 같은데.... 글쎄, 그것은 내가 경험한 최악의 아침 식사 제공/경험이었습니다. 방에는 차 / 커피 시설이 없었습니다. “바”에는 분위기가 없으며 저녁 식사를 하고 싶은 곳도 분명 없습니다. 실제로 아침 식사 시간 외에는 바/레스토랑에 아무도 본 적이 없습니다. DP를 훨씬 더 잘할 수 있었으면 좋았을 텐데요. 고객 경험 측면에서 확실히 부족한 부분이 있었고 응답 부족이 모든 것을 말해줍니다. 우리는 피렌체를 사랑했고 확실히 도시로 돌아갈 것이지만 Dimora Palanca로 돌아가거나 추천하지 않을 것입니다.

호텔은 Arno 강 유역에 위치해 있습니다. 호텔의 정문은 프랑스 영사관 바로 맞은편에 있습니다. 호텔 앞에 작은 광장이 있습니다. 임시로 차를 주차하고 주말에 작은 시장을 열 수 있습니다. 강둑을 따라 5분 거리에 있는 우피치 미술관, 올드 브리지! 방에서 열린 창문은 바이화성당, 지오토의 종루 바로 맞은편에 있으며, 교회는 교회 전체를 볼 수 있습니다. 왼쪽의 오래된 다리와 오른쪽의 삼위일체 다리, 전망이 훌륭합니다! 침구는 편안하고 객실 면적은 이탈리아에서 비교적 넓고 고전적이며 고급스럽습니다. 유일한 불만은 예약 수수료가 분명히 리버 뷰 룸의 돈이지만 프론트 데스크에서는 예약이 슈페리어 룸만을위한 것이라고 말했습니다. 하지만 정중하고 고풍스럽기도 해서 리버뷰 룸이 아니었다면 여기서 사는 의미가 없다고 강조했기 때문이다. 프론트에서 방이 꽉 찬게 아쉬웠고, 200유로를 더하면 관리층 발코니에 있는 리버뷰 룸으로 업그레이드 할 수 있다고 하더군요. 불만을 표하고 잠시 프론트에서 기다리라고 했더니 강제로 방을 다시 확인하게 해서 결국 보충 없이 리버뷰 방을 얻게 되었어요! 이게 사실인지는 모르겠지만 씨트립인지 호텔루틴인지.

나는 일찍 도착했고 리셉션에서 짐을 보관해 주겠다고 제안했고 그들은 내 방으로 배달했습니다. 체크인 시 아침 식사 준비에 대한 브리핑이 없었습니다. 그들은 당신이 알고 있는 베이라고 가정합니다. 내 방은 싱글 침대가 있는 엔드 유닛으로 나에게 좋고 욕실은 쾌적하게 크며 목욕을 즐겼습니다. 샤워기 수압도 좋고 좋습니다. 옷장이 아닌 침대 옆 탁자 서랍에서 슬리퍼를 찾았는데 편안합니다. 3박 내내 Wi-Fi 없이 머물렀는데 고칠 수가 없었어요! 전기 콘센트에는 3개의 구멍이 있으므로 가제트를 충전할 USB 포트가 없으므로 특정 어댑터를 가져와야 합니다. 두 개의 파인트 어댑터가 작동하면서 욕실에서 내 것을 교체했습니다. 방에 주전자는 없지만 요청하면 친절하게 따뜻한 물을 방으로 가져다 주셨어요. 두 번째 밤에 그들은 그것을 가지러 아래층으로 가라고 말했습니다. TV에는 CNN을 제외한 국제 뉴스 채널이 있지만 저는 괜찮습니다. 리프트는 효율적입니다.

This is a lovely, clean hotel with good facilities and location and an excellent breakfast. It has a very traditional decor, with a modern bathroom. Our room was pleasant enough but the window faced a wall and had huge shutters which we couldn't open. Hence, there was hardly any natural light in the room. I also found the staff a bit unfriendly, especially at the reception desk. There was no greeting if you walked past, and they did seem slightly condescending - not the usual friendliness you would expect on a reception desk. The staff at breakfast were much nicer. I liked this hotel, but a little friendliness and a smile go a long way and would have enhanced our stay.

Review of Hotel Firenze 2000 which also goes by Youth Hotel Firenze 2000. WARNING! Do not go to this “hotel”! I travel around the world and stay in hotels of various star ratings but I have never stayed in a hotel as bad as this one. Where shall I begin? It is a 2-star hotel, so my expectations were not high. I wanted clean and safe. To begin with, I was required to wire transfer from the bank the entire amount of the hotel stay, including the taxes. I reserved 7 rooms for 12 people. The cost was the same as the 4-star hotels, but I couldn’t get 7 rooms. Then, as I requested that 6 of the rooms have twin beds instead of one larger one, I was charged an extra $50 per night, per room. That was a total of $600 for 2 nights. (I was charged in Euros but it was similar to dollars.) When we arrived, we saw that all of the beds in all of the rooms were twin beds. Some were pushed together to make a larger bed. When I complained, I was told that some of the rooms were upgraded. The upgrade was 2 twin beds pushed together and a cot as the second bed. If you are required to stay at this hotel, do not pay extra for twin beds. It is all they have! I asked for the $600 back because they were all twin beds but was told no. By the way, they were all hard as a rock and looked like they were from the 1960s child’s bedroom and well worn. The tile floors looked stained with dirt. One of the rooms had a shower that had black mold around the bottom edges of the shower. The people in that room thought it was safer to just not shower. When I brought it to the attention of Aldo, who I believe is the manager, he said it is the silicone. I told him that silicone is not black and that it is mold. He claimed to not understand what I was saying. The mold was around the whole bottom perimeter of the shower. His response is that this is the best 2-star hotel. Nope! We proceeded to the next room where the toilet would not properly flush. He took the lid of the tank off and said it is broke and just take the tank lid off to flush. I told his that this was unacceptable but was told there was nothing he could do. Another incident occurred in the middle of the night. There was a room in the hotel with a crying child and a barking dog, apparently without an adult. I didn’t find out about this until the next day from the people in that hallway who were kept up for hours. I don’t know why the hotel staff didn’t contact the police and let this persist for hours but it ruined the next day for many people because they were exhausted. There is not an elevator so be aware that you will have to carry your luggage up the stairs. Some rooms have no windows. When asked twice to call taxis, each time it was a challenge. I don’t know if it was the system they use but I didn’t have any trouble in any other areas. I asked for two large taxis about 1 hour before we needed them but they didn’t call them until we needed to leave and then proceeded to tell me it was the taxi company’s fault. We had to

First off the good this hotel is extremely unique. I love the way it’s set up. For a dirty/romantic getaway, this place could be absolutely phenomenal, the twinkle lights in the room in the mirrors on the Wall Trust me this place could be fun! We arrived in March we stayed for two nights Unfortunately in March there is no AC in the hotel. The heater was stuck on in the bathroom and at night the temperature got to 33° We open the window for the brisk, nightmare and in came thousands of mosquitoes… definitely not the hotels fault but a screen over the window would’ve elevated our experience a great deal. Unfortunately my son is covered in mosquito bites from head to toe and I had a less severe reaction, but I also slept with a sheet over my head The hotel gracefully Sprayed our rooms the next day to get rid of the mosquitoes which worked But unfortunately on the last of us day, we slept with the windows open, and it was unbearably hot. The bar downstairs was well stocked and very expensive and the local economy you can buy a bottle of Jameson for €20 in unfortunately one double cost exactly the same. I would’ve happily drank whiskey there all night long and have a great time but it was just a little too expensive if you stay there bring your own alcohol you’ll need it for the temperatures in the room. To be honest, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful to Black walls of the hallways were unique. Very nice hotel, but like I said some screens on the rooms and some creative pricing at the bar would’ve made this a five star steak

처음부터 우리는 우리가 Marco & Cristina와 잘 어울리고 있다는 것을 알았습니다. 전날 이메일로 보낸 질문에 즉시 답변을 받았고 도착하자마자 Marco가 우리를 맞이하기 위해 밖에 있었습니다. 방은 훌륭하게 페인트 칠한 천장과 정보, 지도, 트램 티켓 및 합리적인 가격의 (그리고 비축된) 미니 바에 관한 모든 것을 갖춘 유쾌했습니다. bijou 조식당도 아름답게 장식되어 있어 빛을 통해 대화를 나누었지만 친절한 동료 손님과 Marco 자신과 함께 맛있는 유럽식 아침 식사(요리를 기대하지 마십시오)가 발생했습니다. 침대는 놀랍도록 편안했고 객실은 흠잡을 데 없이 재단장되었으며 위층 테라스는 오후에 휴식을 취하고 책을 읽기 위해 '전망이 있는 후퇴'해야 합니다. 이것은 일반적인 B & B보다 훨씬 더 부티크 게스트 하우스와 비슷합니다. 철저히 추천합니다.

우리는 피렌체에서 짧은 정류장을 위해 아파트를 예약했습니다. 우리가 많이 기대하지 않았을 정도로 싸다. 첫 번째 작업은 장소를 찾는 것이 었습니다. 정확한 주소로도 근처에 표시 / ...이 없기 때문에 찾기가 어려웠습니다. 입구는 낡고 못생긴 문이 있는데, 주인에게 먼저 전화해야 잠금장치에 대한 코드를 줄 수 있습니다. 위층으로 올라가면 작고 가파르고 좁은 계단입니다. 노인은 영어를 거의하지 못하거나 다른 외국어를 구사하는 사람을 환영하지만 우리는 의사 소통을했습니다. 모든 것이 오래되고 마모되었지만 괜찮습니다 .... 큰 문제는 절대적으로 역겨운 우리 방이었습니다. 가장 작은 문제는 오래된 가구를 교체해야만 한다는 것이었는데, 그 단점으로 시작했습니다. 벽은 부분적으로 거대한 물 손상이 많이 나타나고 죽은 곤충은 벽에 피 묻은 얼룩을 남겼고 욕조와 침실 사이의 바닥이 손상되어 문을 닫을 수 없었습니다. 샤워는 응축 된 물을 위해 AC의 호스였습니다. 계속 떨어지고 곰팡이가 생기기 시작했고, 샤워는 일반적으로 지저분하고 발균되어 있었고, 거의 모든 구석에 곰팡이가있었습니다. ”하이라이트”는 찬장 중 하나 뒤에 약 1,5m2의 거대한 곰팡이 지점이었습니다. 우리는 우리가 예약 한 포털의 고객 지원 물건에 문제를 설명했습니다. 그는 주인에게 연락했지만 주인이 협조적이지 않았기 때문에 우리를 도울 수 없었습니다. 그냥 화가났다. 물론 우리는 어떤 보상도받지 못했습니다 ....

큰 거래! 그 남자는 그들이 가지고 있는지조차 몰랐던 침대와 2개의 소파 베드가 있는 아름답고 넓은 아파트입니다. 우리는 그 아파트에서 6이었고 전혀 나쁘지 않았습니다. 깨끗하고 좋은 위치에 있습니다.

우리는 피렌체에서 짧은 정류장을 위해 아파트를 예약했습니다. 우리가 많이 기대하지 않았을 정도로 싸다. 첫 번째 작업은 장소를 찾는 것이 었습니다. 정확한 주소로도 근처에 표시 / ...이 없기 때문에 찾기가 어려웠습니다. 입구는 낡고 못생긴 문이 있는데, 주인에게 먼저 전화해야 잠금장치에 대한 코드를 줄 수 있습니다. 위층으로 올라가면 작고 가파르고 좁은 계단입니다. 노인은 영어를 거의하지 못하거나 다른 외국어를 구사하는 사람을 환영하지만 우리는 의사 소통을했습니다. 모든 것이 오래되고 마모되었지만 괜찮습니다 .... 큰 문제는 절대적으로 역겨운 우리 방이었습니다. 가장 작은 문제는 오래된 가구를 교체해야만 한다는 것이었는데, 그 단점으로 시작했습니다. 벽은 부분적으로 거대한 물 손상이 많이 나타나고 죽은 곤충은 벽에 피 묻은 얼룩을 남겼고 욕조와 침실 사이의 바닥이 손상되어 문을 닫을 수 없었습니다. 샤워는 응축 된 물을 위해 AC의 호스였습니다. 계속 떨어지고 곰팡이가 생기기 시작했고, 샤워는 일반적으로 지저분하고 발균되어 있었고, 거의 모든 구석에 곰팡이가있었습니다. ”하이라이트”는 찬장 중 하나 뒤에 약 1,5m2의 거대한 곰팡이 지점이었습니다. 우리는 우리가 예약 한 포털의 고객 지원 물건에 문제를 설명했습니다. 그는 주인에게 연락했지만 주인이 협조적이지 않았기 때문에 우리를 도울 수 없었습니다. 그냥 화가났다. 물론 우리는 어떤 보상도받지 못했습니다 ....
