Very Boujee! Rooms are a little small but our balcony was good size. The location of this hotel is a little outside of all of the attractions and have to walk anywhere from 10-20 mins to everything. Neighborhood is a little ummm.. sketchy. You actually have keys to the room which was pretty cool. Beds are horrible and had to ask for more of a pillow too for the bed. Pillows are horrible as well. But what are you to do! The bar is amazing and they bring you all sorts of snacks with drinks! Beautiful property!

My recent stay at Sina Villa Medici left me disappointed, especially considering the glowing reviews on TripAdvisor and Google. The unique building structure, charming garden bar, and pool (though closed during winter) were overshadowed by several issues. The location felt dodgy and unsafe at night, and the overall service, food, and room quality were subpar compared to the luxury standards of Asian Marriott properties. Despite high expectations from positive reviews, the reality didn’t measure up. It’s disheartening when a property doesn’t live up to the praise it receives online. I hope this review provides a balanced perspective for future guests, and that the management addresses these concerns to elevate the overall experience.

Spectacular hotel in every way. This was our 4th stay and it just keeps getting better. The hotel is in a perfect location and the property is beautiful. The rooms are large, comfortable and well appointed. The suites are amazing - specifically the Florence suite. It has a large terrace with full size jacuzzi overlooking the Duomo. Breakfast every morning is incredible and drinks in the afternoon and evening in Harry’s bar is the perfect way to end the day. The staff is without a doubt the best Marriott has - OUTSTANDING!

My husband and I spent 5 days at the Sina Villa Medici from October 21 to 27, 2023. I had contacted the GM, Mr Pane prior to our visit to let him know I had read some great reviews about his hotel. I was not disappointed. Everything from our room to the little chocolate cake and champagne to celebrate our anniversary to the wonderful staff was amazing!

This hotel is beautiful and in a great location in Florence. My daughter and I were able to walk to pretty much everything we wanted to see. The staff is extremely friendly! They also have a beautiful pool and gorgeous restaurant. I would describe this hotel as being very romantic and exquisite. 100% will stay there again when I come back to Florence! The attention to detail from the general manager Fernando Pane was great and we felt extremely welcomed.

I just wanted to take a moment to write and say thank you for such a wonderful stay. From the minute we walked in the door we were greeted by fantastic staff. From the bellman to the girl who checked us in a the desk. I cannot remember her name now; I am sorry! Giorgia Belletta had interacted with me via email prior to my arrival and she was nice enough to come out to the desk and meet me when we arrived! That was such a thoughtful gesture. Our room was perfect and conveniently located. It was also spacious for our family of 4. Thank you as well for the lovely arrival gift that was in our room. The Concierge Staff was phenomenal. We just loved talking with Paolo and Vicenzo. They were so helpful, professional, interesting to speak with, and provided us with great restaurant lists. We loved every dinner we had in Florence (we ate twice at Osteria di Giovanni, once at Il Profeta, and once at Berbere). The list and descriptions were so helpful. We appreciated their adivce with car rentals, as well as booking our reservation for the Uffizi Gallery. Please send our regards from Montana to them. We thank you all for contributing to our wonderful trip to Italy. We will cherish the memories of your hotel and city of Florence.

Super disappointed with the rooms. I’m not sure if some are upgraded as the pictures online look nothing like our room. Very deceiving. Very dates. Very loud mini split AC that doesn’t work and spiders in our room. Bed is very uncomfortable. My brother has a separate room and it had a terrible smell. They gave him a hard time when he asked to be moved. For the price I was hoping for much much more. I was really looking forward to this hotel and I am majorly let down. Wish I can get my money back.

The luxury interior and customer service here are really good. We stayed in a suite, but the old dryer that doesn't work needs to be replaced. It was really rude to dry my hair and I had no choice but to sleep with it wet. Please change the dryers in all rooms.
