'아주 좋은, 사장님이 체크 아웃 당일에 비행기가 늦었 기 때문에 오랫동안 파빌리온에 머물게했고 마침내 문을 잠그고 여전히 안에 머물 렀습니다. 그렇지 않으면 떠난 비행기가 너무 늦었 기 때문에 거리를 떠날 수 있습니다. 그렇지 않으면 떠난 비행기가 너무 늦었 기 때문에 거리를 떠날 수 있습니다.'

'시설은 매우 좋고 깨끗하며 단점은 주변 환경이 약간 무섭다는 것입니다. 우리는 밤에 머물렀기 때문에 주로 법과 질서에 대해 걱정하면서 조금 무서웠습니다. 그러나 낮에 많은 사람들이 올 때 많은 걱정이 줄어들었습니다.'

'Not recommended for those who value their personal data security and privacy. Not recommended for internati9nal travellers who may not have enough charge on their phones to complete 3 forms, then download and set up an app that requires constant internet and Bluetooth connections. Booking required multiple insecure methods of sharing credit card details and identification documents along with 2 forms to fill out with personal details and an app to download in order to gain access to the Building entrance, Elevator, and Apartment. None of this information was given to me prior to booking. I would not have stayed here if I had known the extent of insecure transmission of personal information and amount of admin and work required just to check in and stay one night. I work in this space and know the risks. Management is putting guests personal data at risks with the excessive documentation requests. FYI, requiring someone to send credit card PICTURES and ID pictures over email is completely insecure. This is bizarrely at odds with the excessive security to get into the building. The constant need to carry your phone everywhere or you'd be locked of the apartment or even the whole building was extremely stressful. In terms of the actual room, once I got in, the bed, kitchen, lounge and floors were clean but the toilet had not been cleaned in a long time. This was not nice. You could see parts under the rim had not been cleaned in years. Toilet had also been recently used and not flushed properly upon arrival. I did not take photos of any of this, it was too gross. I ended up buying paper cups as the glasses/cups as those supplied were not clean, tried to take a picture but it's hard to see. They were covered in fingerprints and fibres of some kind. The view was nice and loungeroom was great, study nook was extremely handy for remote work. Balcony tiles are moving and could be a tripping hazard. Laundry was well equipped but did not have time to use it.'

'酒店好靚設計，家具好喜歡，又乾淨企理。部份酒店用品喜歡的可以買走。位置屬於free tram zone 外，坐tram去CBD地區需要車費，但其實使用Uber都十分方便。天台逢星期五晚酒店有活動，就算冇活動日子夜晚對住火爐，睇星星都好正！！ 平日比較冷清，週六日就十分熱鬧，酒店樓下及對面停車場有活動，可以行下Market同飲咖啡 :)'

'놀라운 중앙 위치, 훌륭한 방, 정중 한 직원, 깨끗한 방과 공간, 심지어 공용 욕실이 있습니다. 멜버른의 겨울이기 때문에 방에 히터를 추가하십시오. 얼어 붙었 기 때문입니다. 겨울철에는 신선한 공기만 주는 선풍기가 있어서 아무 의미가 없습니다. 고맙습니다 ! 굉장한 경험! 차가 있는 경우 권장하지 않습니다. 나는 주차 비용을 15$ 추가로 지불해야 했다.'

'객실은 모든 것이 있는 스위트룸이며 박물관과 매우 가깝고 근처에 트램이 있어 매우 편리합니다.'

'Check-in was smooth and  was graciously given a room even though we were early. The room was well equipped with a kitchenette and a washing machine. Do go up to Level 6 for a good view of the city.  Convenient location! The hotel is in the Fitzroy area. Walk out of the entrance, turn left and turn left will lead you to a busy street with eateries and supermarkets. There is a bus stop for Bus 86 that will take you into the heart of town in 20min.'

'F1 때 이 코리빙 공간을 찾았습니다. 전체적인 시설이 심플하고, 기능적이며, 가격도 합리적이고, 침대도 매우 편안합니다. 방은 작지만 필요한 모든 것을 갖추고 있습니다. 공용 공간과 주방 장비도 있습니다. 로비 작업 공간도 매우 쾌적합니다. 실용적인 선택입니다. 출장이나 가족여행에 꼭 드셔보시길 추천드립니다. 근처에는 운동과 여가를 즐길 수 있는 공원도 있습니다.'

'Wonderful stay. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Lots of room and a well equipped kitchen. Beds were super comfy, shower pressure was good. Location convenient and quiet. Would stay again.'

'The manager was very nice, the hotel rooms are located at 2/F but he is willing to help with the luggage carry even without request. The hotel location is fantastic, only 20-30 mins to Melbourne central (one tram only after you get the skybus from airport as well). supermarket, restaurant, cafe, gelato shop around as well. Clean, big room, nice toilet&restroom, nice kitchen, nice laundry. Highly recommend that hotel, definitely my priority choice if I come to Melbourne again. The only bad side is the room at 2/F that you have to carry your stuff up and down if you buy lots of things. And watch out especially in rainy day as it’s a metal stair.'
