Good Hotel.

房間挺大的 服務也行 但沒有牙刷牙膏

Is a nice place. However we had dinner and breakfast at the Pebbles restaurant in the resort. Was pretty average.

Everything was great! Staffs are friendly and helpful, room is very spacious. The only thing I would suggest for improvement is for the resort to provide some complimentary water bottles in the room for the guests to drink. I realised there was no drinking water available in the room after I got back very late. I had to drink the tap water.

Service was fantastic. Staff were lovely and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great. Unfortunately, there were issues with mold in the bathroom. These issues didn’t bother us too much as we stayed there for one night only.

A really lovely place to stay close to the hot springs. Great room overlooking the golf courses. Staff were always smiling, helpful and welcoming.

stay away from apartment # 45 that is privatley owned its non-livable, Section 61 of tenantcys act - not fit for livable purpose Dead bugs all over the floor, dirty floors, filthy, cob webs as high as your ankle in the bedrooms, living room, dining room, not safe for anyone, STAY AWAY! The onwners will not give a refund and they are GREEDY!

If you are golfers, with the purpose of this being a golfing venue it will be perfect for you. If you are looking for basic accommodation close to hot springs also fine. It is tired. Some mould on bathroom ceiling, exhaust fan in bathroom sounded like jet turbine, weird marks on ceiling in bedroom. Bed comfy enough and certainly very peaceful with golf course view. Dining. Pebbles food was lovely although decor tired. The lounge bar area would perhaps be nice to enjoy happy hour but you need to know it’s a golf club first and foremost and on a Friday at 5pm it was extremely busy and loud, so many club members having a great time, and right they should be, but if that’s not your scene then it will disappoint. It would be great for the purpose of gold socials, but I wish I had known going in that it was not quite what I had hoped for in terms of appointments and places to walk. Skip the breakfast buffet and go to one of the nice places locally as the food was really poor at breakfast. Bacon like leather. It was fine, and if you are a golfer it would be perfect as the course looked beautiful. It’s not a non golfing couples getaway venue.

Great room, spacious and very quiet, nice balcony. Great bathroom. In golf course, bit of a drive to beach and restaurants. Would certainly consider staying again

Very bad experience, we have been forced to pay extra for my son to stay and changed to a room that is totally different to what we have booked. We have rang the hotel and confirmed the room we booked can accomodate for 2 adult and one chd with no extra cost as long as we are happy that there will only be one king bed. But the night before check in, everything was changed. We were told we have to pay extra $100 for my son to stay and at check in on the day, we hace forced to change to another room which is totally different to what I booked originally. All they said ia apologise for any inconvenience. Both Trip.com and the hotel did not take any responsibility for this matter. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room was clean and tidy, price reasonable. Nice to have a sliding door to outside overlooking the gold course. Breakfast wasn't included so we paid $35 each and the food options felt a bit like school camp. Sloppy scrambled eggs, cold roast tomato and coffee you have to make yourself at a machine in a hallway (also luke warm). Only one milk option, no chai or hot choccy. My Mother asked for a Chai latte and they wanted to charge extra for it. A bit tight considering the calibre of the property. Quite underwhelmed.

Chose this place as it was most convenient to go to the hot springs. Rooms was spacious abd clean.
