파하르도 호텔

우리는 Bono에 갔다. 우리 웨이터 Jonuel은 우리를 유혹하고 잘 돌 보았다라고 느끼게했다. Jonuel은 세심하고, 세부적으로 지향적이며 매우 전문적이었습니다. 그는 그 차이를 만들어 우리를 특별하게 만들었습니다. Jonuel 감사합니다!

We booked 3 nights, for almost 200$ each. Aside from the pool, the hotel offered no service. Starting with the room: outdated, no soap in the bathroom, and very loud disfunctioning AC (basically we couldn’t sleep because of the noise, it was like having a truck in the room). Then the location is really in the middle of nowhere: there is literally nothing to do in that area. With that, you’d think the hotel would have some service offering. None ! We asked for the AC to be fixed : it wasn’t fixed (we were told they are old and it’s normal they make that much noise).The restaurant in the hotel opens at 11am, and closes at 7pm, so it can basically offer lunch, which is probably the one meal you would eat outside if you were visiting the region. So the restaurant was useless. We had to pay for ice!!! We asked if the hotel had some partners for activities around, they told us they don’t know and gave us a list of phone numbers we needed to call ourselves with no information on the activities. They refused to call a taxi for us, and gave us phone numbers, again. On our last day, we asked them if we could leave our luggage and come pick them up at 2, they said they don’t do that, we had to insist for them to accept! We couldn’t believe that such a simple and common request would be rejected in a hotel nowadays. Just avoid this hotel, mirror screens and no service whatsoever.

우리는이 숙박 시설을 예약하여 다음날 Ceiba의 페리를 픽업했습니다. 우리는 집에 놀랐다. 모두 잘 갖추어져 있고 장식되어 있습니다. 사이트에 쉬운 주차와 좋은 에어컨과 샤워 시설. 사이트를 이용하는데 시간이 거의 없어서 아쉽고, 언젠가 다시 와서 같은 장소에서 호스트를 하게 되네요.

Beautiful property with a phenomenal staff. The vast majority of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend asking for Luis Carrasquillo at the “Waters Edge” restaurant. He went above and beyond to make me and my husband feel like we were his only table. He treated us like family. He was a pleasure to see every morning for breakfast. He would remember our drinks and have them ready for us! Amazing service with a smile!
