This place was great if you want a "nothing fancy" kind of place in a great location with plenty of space and a great view! I would stay here again. AC worked fine, kitchen was sufficient, rooms were clean.

This is a unique property that is not for everyone, but it was fine for us. There is no on-site staff and you check in using codes sent to you from the owners of the property. Then much to my surprise, they do not provide any toiletries, which meant we had to go find simple things like soap and shampoo. Overall, everything was fine with the property, however, I was shocked to read the instructions telling us that we had to clean the apartment prior to leaving. We were required to do the dishes, and sweep the floors. I was almost expecting them to ask us to do the laundry as well. My advice to the owners is if they are going to provide a service, then provide the service. Your guests are paying for it, so why make them do all the work. On a positive note, the price was right and the property was functional and comfortable.

The property was nice and clean. The parking and apartment were easy to access. I would recommend this place.

This property sold us a room but was unprepared for our stay. When we arrived the gate was locked and we had to seek out instructions on how to enter. When we entered the room we discovered dirty rags and tools on the kitchen counter. Then, after unloading our car we realized the room had no running water! The owner/contact originally told us we may need to find other accommodations. Not what you want to hear at 8pm, especially when traveling with small children. And, it's not as if the area had a ton of other options to choose from. The water did finally get turned on for us but we were instructed to use the shower (no hot water) and flush the toilet on a limited basis. Again, not what you want to hear when paying $ for accommodations. Had they been ready for our stay we would've given a better review as it was a nice sized room with a balcony view of the ocean.

Noemi was amazing in welcoming us and gave us a great recommendation for food. The vibes of a someone you would become friends with. Definitely would go back. Location was good.

Convenient clean safe. Beds pretty uncomfortable.

Directions and instructions easy to follow, owner even gave us her number to reach out if needed as we were getting late. Apartment had everything needed.

The terrace only has seating for 3 ppl, that blue and cool looking seating does not exist! The host Naiomi is the worse person I’ve encountered in my travels. The photos didn’t match anything and this owner blamed me and refused any responsability. Gave them a bad review because they wouldn’t answer and Naiomi tried to square off as I was leaving and unpacking to leave because I can’t read. Her husband is nicer but will never stay here there wasn’t even soap in the unit. I really thought she was confronting me looking for a fight, she was just lucky I was waking up and it wasn’t the night before when we messaged her.
