'Der Spabereich war sehr schön und auch sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Das Frühstücksbuffet war außergewöhnlich bestückt, und es gab genug Plätze. Leider wirkte die Servicekraft im Frühstücksraum etwas gehetzt und hat ihre eigenen Vorstellungen davon, wer sich wohin setzen sollte, damit ihre Wege möglichst kurz bleiben. Menschlich verständlich, aber in so einem Haus bei dem Service nicht ganz so glücklich.'

'If we could give this hotel a review of 10/5 we would. We stayed for an extended time (16 days) and during that time we experienced the best and friendliest service. The reception staff was always friendly and cheerful. Everyone was ready to help with any question we had. Breakfast was amazing. The selection was terrific. And every morning we were greeted by the pleasant and happy staff. One staff member told me she loves her job. Who doesn't want to stay in a hotel where the staff love working? Several days my mother who travelled with me was ill and the staff made it so easy for me to take breakfast to her in the room. The room was terrific. We requested the accessible room and were not disappointed. Despite Ettlingen not being the most wheelchair friendly, Stadthotel Engel had every accessibility need addressed. The front entrance has no stairs. They have an elevator that stops at the breakfast room level. The bathroom in our room was wheelchair friendly with a raised toilet, fully accessible shower, and vanity that could accommodate a wheelchair underneath. We did not have a wheelchair but my mother has a walker which requires many of the same accommodations. The room has air conditioning for those who are concerned about that. The location is amazing. From the hotel you are directly in the old city and can walk to many stores, cafes, and restaurants. The hotel entrance is located in an inside court area where there are tables that can be enjoyed during the nice weather.'

'돈내고 주차장도 있고 호텔도 너무 좋은데 씨트립 직원들이 쓰레기입니다. 6일 예약하고 이틀 묵었는데 온몸에 발진이 생겼어요. 먼저 의사를 만나러 갔습니다. 의사는 방을 바꿀 것을 제안했습니다. 프론트 데스크에 갔을 때 프론트 데스크에서 2박만 청구하는 것을 보았습니다. 그러나 씨트립은 에이전트가 나중에 돈을 환불하는 데 동의하지 않았다고 말했다. 아직 협상 중입니다. 씨트립에는 매장에서 결제하는 옵션이 있는데 여기 호텔들은 처음에 결제를 안하고 나갈때 정산이 되니 다들 호텔 예약 후 매장에서 결제하시면 됩니다.'

'Karoo 기차역에서 가장 가까운 호텔입니다. 기차역에서 도보 2분 거리에 있고 트램과 버스 정류장이 바로 앞에 있어 교통이 매우 편리합니다. 방의 시설은 매우 평범하지만 레이아웃은 합리적이고 매우 깨끗합니다. 아침 6시 30분부터 호텔 아래층에서 조식을 드실 수 있으며 가격은 12유로입니다. 아침 식사의 가격 대비 성능 비율은 여전히 매우 높으므로 권장합니다.'
