Enjoy your food in the dining room. Sit at the patio in the back yard.Other things to note- No unregistered guests allowed on the property. There is a 12-guest maximum to rent the Villa. The additional guest fee is $50 with a 3 additional guest maximum.- The driveway can accommodate up to 6 cars. Additional parking is available on the street.- Only one vehicle per room is allowed on the premises.- No children under 12.- No Pets allowed.- No Smoking/Chew allowed including vaping or e-cigs within the home. Violators will be asked to leave.- RVS/UHAULS are Not Allowed.- As with any shared home, there is potential for some noise made by other guests. I provide white noise machines in each room for your convenience.- This is a two-story colonial.
