This hotel exceed my expectation....above standard wow All staff will greet you with happy and heartily mabuhay!!!! Frontdesk super friendly and accommodating with all the details provided Room cleaners are very good and friendly Security are very helpfull all the times with smile and greetings... Super happy with the stay.....

I love this hotel. i have stayed here now many many times, and i have NEVER had a bad experience, so i thought i would finally write a DESERVED GOOD review. The Hotel is placed right at the heart of Dumaguete, everything you would want is with a few mins of the hotel, the hotel also provides trips to some of the popular tourist attractions. The rooms are always clean and fresh with daily room service, but in my opinion the only thing that lets the rooms down are the showers which sadly could do with more maintenance as often they are faulty in some way and poorly kept looking, but they still provide good supply of hot water. I have stayed in all of the rooms they offer, from their suite to the standard rooms, and all show the same levels of cleanliness and the rooms always feel welcoming. Free breakfast is provided and the restaurant is good and the food well cooked and presented , the hotel provides a full range of pampering service if you require some self indulgence. The staff are ALWAYS friendly polite professional and on hand for any reason and will always make you feel important and a valued guest. I have in all my stays at this Hotel had only ever had one problem which was dealt with professionally, immediately and satisfactorily,. This hotel is ALWAYS my first choice when i visit Dumaguete, and will continue to be so They have plenty of rooms and even as a walk in, i have never been turned away from being fully booked, Its always a pleasure staying here.... 직원들은 매우 친절하고 진실했습니다. 조식도 3가지 옵션(유럽식, 미국식, 필리핀식)으로 정말 훌륭했습니다. 진한 커피, 덜 구운 베이컨 또는 계란 1개와 같이 약간 조절하는 것도 가능했습니다. 가구와 장식도 매우 아름답습니다. 청소를 위해 방에 들어갈 때 청소 직원이 신발/슬리퍼를 벗어 놓는 것도 정말 감사했습니다. 몇 가지 개선 사항을 만들 수 있다면 그렇습니다. 침대 커버는 1장뿐이었습니다. 담요나 더 두꺼운 침대 커버가 좋을 것입니다. 콜라, 다이어트 콜라 또는 스프라이트와 같은 다양한 냉장고 커피 주머니 리필과 수건(교체를 위해 바닥에 있는 경우)을 더 잘 보관합니다. 하지만 전반적으로 가성비가 좋았습니다 직원들은 항상 웃으며 친절했습니다. 위치도 훌륭합니다. 대로와 50미터 수영장이 도보로 단 20분 거리에 있습니다. 작은 현지 레스토랑을 방문하는 것을 잊지 마세요. 덕분에 두마게티 체험도 정말 즐거웠어요 🙏

우리는 일주일 이상 여기에 머물 렀습니다. 호텔은 간단하지만 매우 깨끗합니다. 객실은 크기가 충분합니다. WiFi가 강합니다. 직원들은 매우 도움이되고 수용 적입니다. 레스토랑과 식료품점 근처에 있기 때문에 위치도 좋습니다. 두마게 테를 방문하는 동안 머물기에 좋은 안전한 장소를 찾는 비즈니스 여행객이나 사람들에게 좋습니다. 대중 교통에 쉽게 접근 할 수 있지만 자신의 차량이있는 경우 충분한 주차 공간도 있습니다.

Macdonald's, Jollibee 및 Lee Plaza 및 기타 근처의 시내 중심에 있습니다. 일찍 비행기를 타서 머물렀고 객실 바닥까지 엘리베이터가 있습니다. 3층에서 식수와 뜨거운 물을 얻을 수 있습니다. 기본적이지만 침대는 편안하고 방에 에어컨이 있습니다. 우리에게는 괜찮 았지만 데스크 직원은 비참해 보였습니다. 아마도 미소를 지으면 얼굴이 깨질 것입니다. 비참해 보이는 직원을 보는 것은 매우 드니다.

We stayed only overnight at this unique beautiful botique hotel as we have to fly the following day to Manila . We were immediately greeted by a very special and charming lady by the name of February, very sweet and charming ! Welcome drink was really timely after 1 hour ride from Zambuanquita where we had our hotel for the Apo island diving the night before. What makes this hotel special is how friendly and accommodating the staff were, not to mention the Philippine hut style “igloo” & beautiful interior design.The role model for how to “treat” a guest is the GM & Operations Manager, Marlon Navarro. I am a Filipino expat who had lived over 40 years in Europe and just on a diving & golf safari with my buddy but I have never seen an “over the top” hospitality from a hotel manager. Marlon answered all our enquiries including where to have a nice dinner, bar to hang out, sightseeing and spa. For spa, don’t miss the hotel spa especially with Jess - one of my best massages in the Philippines. Also, as Marlon noticed that I have an Austrian guest who is a little bit inquisitive about the area, brought us even by himself to the Boulevard as my friend is quite tall for a “tuktuk” (our local Tricicle). I wish UNWND all the success in the world and without a doubt, with Marlon under it’s helm, it will be the top hotel in Dumaguete in due time. Thank you so much for this “unusual “ experience! 因為想去道因潛水，沒有選擇住杜馬市區，住在道因海邊，距離浮潛/潛水地方很近，沒有選擇豪華版，出門旅遊主打就是一個性價比。 第一次到杜馬，算得上是意外之喜！很開心認識了濤哥和Nana，所以很樂意和大家分享下入住體驗。 設施：度假村剛裝修過，乾淨清爽，選了靠海的房間，睜開眼睛就是大海的感覺很美妙。 衛生：我個人會比較在意衛生間的環境，可以說是非常感人。之前也看了周圍幾家，這個價格區間算得上是佼佼者了。 環境：麻雀雖小五臟俱全，店裡有泳池，休息區，（划重點）還有一個天然硫磺溫泉！對於潛水完想要泡湯的小伙伴真的是非常友好了。院子外就是海邊，蕩蕩鞦韆，發發獃，還可以逗逗狗，擼擼貓，咱就是說，還要啥自行車。。。 服務：之前都說出門在外，都是中國人坑中國人，但超幸運碰到濤哥和Nana。語言沒有障礙，英語稀爛也完全沒有問題。雖然房費不包括餐飲，但是如果體驗完當地口味，不想出去的話，還可以請Nana準備中餐（是的，不愛西餐的中國胃，異國他鄉吃到了水煮肉片！）濤哥作為資深教練，足不出戶裏就可以上潛水課，人非常Nice 就是這些了，期待以後假期再來，最後上圖片
