Come stay in our cozy beachside basement apartment! We're located in a quiet stretch of the Park Point neighborhood and only a mile away from Canal Park. The space includes private access to the entire basement of our bungalow. We designed the basement as if it were our own living space and we hope you can enjoy all the features to its fullest. In the living room you'll find a record and cassette player, as well as a TV signed in to Netflix. You'll also find games and reading material around the apartment. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven/air fryer, Keurig coffee machine, and cooking/eating utensils. In the bathroom you are free to use the whirlpool tub. Outside you are free to use the firepit area and beach access.At this time, the outdoor hot tub is not open for guests. The yurt has a deck and chairs, a seasonal screen door to enjoy the breeze, a woodstove, a propane cookstove, an outhouse, and a bucket sink.The spaceExpect to enjoy a rustic stay! The woodstove is the primary heat source for the yurt. If you don't know how to build a fire, please let us know-- we have provided instructions and are also happy to assist. There is no running water at the yurt (there is, however, water provided and a bucket sink).
