The 15% fee will be charged for ANY deposits or fees, because Vrbo fees are passed down to the host. This includes, but is not limited to any change of plans. This property is for 30, or more days booked. We only allow a 3 car minimum on property. Anymore than that will result in immediate dismissal from property with no refund.
