'Stay was great! Cindy the customer service associate at the desk was helpful in accommodating our requests. She was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable of the area. The hotel was clean and the rooms were quiet even though it is near a roadway. There was a mini fridge in the rooms along with microwave. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows. The ac ran quietly and was good and cold.  The breakfast was diverse and tasty and replenished often. Coffee, tea, and cookies were available 24/7. We would definitely stay again.'

'Terrible service from Trip.com. if you have any issues they will not work with you to fix nor will they refund your money, even if the booking is cancelled. Never use this service, there are many others that care about customers.'
