'We arrived later afternoon Andy received us with biscuits what a warm welcome. It has a homely feel with old school locking key, had a fish supper which compliments to the chef Peter was fabulous, great dinner atmosphere with other guests at restaurant and bar/lounge. Spacious clean room, quality linen and warm enough one minus next door guy snored through our walls (not hotel's fault). The hot breakfast was served to order which is fab as it gets to you hot and fresh also avoiding waste and dry dull food. So keep it up guys. And keep getting everyone up early enough.'

'Best for families, close to retail park, few nice places for kids, infolate, bowling etc nearby. Best hot chocolate all day serve free of charge. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Would stay again if going with family. Nice , fresh breakfast. Free parking.'

'좋아할 점은 많지만 몇 가지 개선할 점이 있습니다. 가장 큰 문제는 객실 문입니다. 무거운 나무 문이라 쾅 닫히는 소리가 너무 시끄럽습니다. 아시다시피 사람들이 드나들 때 깨워서 꽤 불편합니다. 욕실 문이 습기 때문에 바닥이 썩어서 교체해야 할 것 같습니다. 보기가 끔찍합니다. 욕실 세면대와 수도꼭지 아래를 청소하는 것도 마찬가지입니다. 욕조에 앉아 있을 때 보이는 것들 말입니다!! 방 페인트칠이 좀 더 깔끔했으면 좋겠습니다. 회색 라디에이터 파이프에 온통 흰색 페인트가 칠해져 있습니다. 청소기 청소를 할 때 좀 더 부드럽게 하면 좋겠습니다. 라디에이터 파이프를 때리면 옆방까지 진동이 갑니다! 칵테일 맛 몇 가지가 품절되었고, 젊은 직원들이 휴대폰을 들고 있는 모습이 보입니다. 눈에 띄지 마세요. 고객과 서비스가 중요합니다. 음식은 품질에 비해 너무 비쌉니다.'

'Evening event dinner was at best poor. Starter which should have been hot was cold, main course just warm, the desert had run out by the time our table was served.  The hotel toilets were in need of an attendant checking regularly .  We ended up laughing about it with references to faulty towers.  However our room was beautiful, clean, well presented, the bed was very comfortable.  We had a great night sleep.  At breckfast the arm of my chair was loose and lifted up when I would go to move my chair in/out from the table.  When I was looking around the continental breckfast counter I could hear a male member of the kitchen staff shouting and swearing using the F word, not at all what I expected from any Hotel.  Lasting impression I would not rush back.'

'객실은 편안하고 깔끔하며 전형적인 체인 호텔 표준을 충족합니다. 유일한 단점은 1 층 방이 약간 습한 맛입니다. 호텔 레스토랑은 훌륭하고 피쉬 칩은 매우 맛있습니다. 영국식 패스트 푸드에 대한 내 고정 된 인상을 깨뜨렸습니다. 호텔 입구에 넓은 주차장이 있어 주차가 매우 편리합니다.'
