I have been coming to this hotel for the last 12 plus years. When Wyndham took over I expected that the rooms and furnishings would be upgraded. The price has consistently gone up so i was hoping for upgrades to the property. This is a dive hotel not a luxury venue. This trip I found the Ultimate Luxury Hotel and decided to move on to the Occidental Royal level for when I come back in October. It is a few dollars more for the Royal but what a place. Here are the good facts on Hotel Cozumel: The employees are excellent Luisa, Kiera and Miguel stand out with the level of service that they provided. The food has been upgraded with some special night to order off of the menu and not always a buffet. It is clean and the air conditioners work well. The room cleaning people are honest and trustworthy. The bad news is: We used to have wash cloths no more I guess providing a .50 cent towel is too much. You can't drink the water at the hotel. At check in you are given two 16 oz bottles of water in your room. Want more? you have to walk down the hall and fill your bottles daily. Many times the hall water was completely empty. Hard to understand why they can't give .50 cents worth of water every day. When I went to look at the Hotel Occidental the in room mini bar is restocked every other day in the least expensive room and restocked daily in the Royal rooms. 4 waters ,8 beers and 8 soft drinks NOT BAD. The starting level at the Occidental is currently less that the Hotel Cozumel on Hotels .com The furniture is tired. The drawers will fall out of the dresser, the marble top has been cracked forever. One day we had no cold water the next day the hot was cold and the cold was hot. on the 3rd day it was back to normal. I complained about the sliding glass door in my room in October and I always stay in the same room. The door still wasn't fixed and required 41 lbs of pull to get it open. My wife could not open or close the door I complained about it this trip too. No luck.

After considering the previous reviews, I must admit that our expectations were not very high. We were surprised! The location is excellent. Front counter staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are basic, big, very clean with a mini fridge as well as a patio. All rooms have a sea view, overlooking the beach club below. The bonus for us was the free access to the No Name Beach Club with the added bonus of a significant discount on food and drinks. Staff at the beach club were amazing, friendly and hussled like crazy. Plenty of restaurants and bars just an easy walk away. The supermarket, Mega Soriana is directly across the road. Is it loud?... not for us as we enjoy music and people having fun. Is it clean?... absolutely! Is it outdated?... slightly. Is the price good?... absolutely! Is the staff friendly?... yes - show respect and respect is given. Will we go back?... In a heartbeat!

장점: 바다와 멋진 해안 다이빙 장소에서 길 건너편에 있습니다. 아름답게 조경된 부지, 멋진 수영장, 비치 클럽, 스업 바가 있는 야외 레스토랑. 정원 및/또는 바다의 멋진 전망을 감상할 수 있는 개방된 안뜰과 라나이가 있는 전통적인 멕시코 호텔 레이아웃. 평화로운 분위기. CONS: 이 지역의 대부분의 레스토랑은 음료와 다이빙 군중을 수용하는 고가 Senor Frog/Hooters 유형의 시설입니다. 시내 북쪽과 Centro 바로 옆에 있는 레스토랑은 품질과 가치가 훨씬 더 좋지만 시내로 가는 택시가 필요합니다. 뷔페 식 아침 식사는 $ 15/person 이상으로 고가 된 탄수화물 중증 스팀 테이블 요금이었습니다. 미국의 레스토랑은 이것을 무료로 제공합니다. 프론트 데스크 직원은 특히 친절하거나 도움이되지 않았습니다. 남편이 로비에서 가방을 잃어버렸을 때 잃어버린 것을 찾지 못했고, 우리가 두 번째로 물었을 때까지 책상 뒤에서 확인하지 않았고 마법처럼 ”찾았습니다”. 약간의 노력과 생각은 우리에게 변화를 가져올 것입니다. 해변 클럽은 좋지만 수영은 나에게 너무 거칠었습니다 (두 부두와 도로 사이에 위치하며 대부분 유람선이 앞에 보입니다). 네트: 마가리타를 마시고 다이빙을 즐기기에 좋은 곳

처음에는 고급 호텔이라고 생각하지 않았기 때문에 VLA 별 5개를 평가하는 것을 주저했습니다. 숙소는 조금 낡았지만 잘 관리되고 매력적입니다. 객실은 기본적이지만 깨끗하고 기능적입니다. 우리는 작은 개미에 약간의 문제가 있었지만 Cozumel에서 그렇지 않은 곳을 찾기가 어려울 것이라고 생각합니다. 저도 처음에 예약 과정으로 연기되었습니다. 내 모든 의사 소통은 What's App을 통해 이루어졌으며 PayPal을 사용하여 개인 계정에 보증금을 지불하라는 요청을 받았습니다. 이메일로 예약 확인을 받은 적이 없습니다. 일반적인 예약 과정은 아니지만 모든 것이 사치스럽고 체크인은 완벽했습니다. 결국 직원들의 가치와 친절함과 도움으로 별 5개를 받았습니다. 프론트 데스크의 David는 우리가 정착하고 필요한 모든 것을 갖추고 있는지 확인했습니다. 식수? 한 시간 안에 5갤런 주전자가 우리 방에 나타났습니다. 추가 침대? 체크인 시 설정합니다. 여분의 수건? 물론! 더 큰 리조트에 대한 비용 효율적이고 편안한 대안으로 주저하지 않고 다시 여기에 머물 것입니다.

시설 관리가 잘 되어 있을 뿐만 아니라 직원들이 매우 친절하고 우호적입니다. 또한 올 인클루시브의 식사와 식음료도 다양하고 맛이 좋으며 잘 관리고 붐비지 않는 리조트의 프라이빗 해변에서 한가로운 휴식을 취할 수 있습니다. 3박 4일을 묵었는데 기회가 되면 다시 찾고 싶을 뿐만 아니라 지인들에게 적극 추천하고 싶습니다.
