We arrived on Friday 20th of just about 12:30pm to be met with the rudest woman.im only written this now as I've be in hospital at lot. We picked your hotel as last year we saw it and said it looked lovely. But that was not met with your front of house. Wow I didn't think someone could be so rude. She spoke to us like as if we were a problem for get her off her chair and the long fingernail slapped off the keyboard. No hello no kindness no smile so terrible.and on Sunday my husband went down to see if she could tell us were there was a spa for treatments near by.and she said no nothing.And he said is there nothing around and she looked and him and said i dont understand you and who are you? And he said I'm staying in apartment 31. Honestly I'd never recommend here as it's your first impression that's so important to your holiday. But the girl on check out Friday 27th was so lovely. She asked why we didn't ring the bell to come in.and I said we didn't want to disturb her incase she would be rude aswell. But she was so kind thank god.more of this girl and your on a winner.

Hotel staff are friendly and advised us to rent a car. We were given a small bottle of wine on our arrival. Our room was not cleaned properly. On our day of arrival, the floor was dirty and under the bed was dusty and there was an empty water bottle left under the bed from the previous customers. I complained about this 3 times to the reception, however nothing much seemed to change. Housekeeping came halfway through our stay and only mopped the floor not swept and left wet dirt/dust on the floor. I did ask for a broom so I could sweep the room for myself but I did not ever receive one. My fiancé asked them to decorate the room for our engagement and they did so but still didn’t clean under the bed. Room was never properly deep cleaned for the entirety of our stay. There was no kettle or hand wash in our room. There were also ants in certain areas of the apartment and we had to keep using insect repellent to kill them everyday.

DON T BOOK IN THIS HOTEL . IS NOT SAFE. THEY VE JUST ROBBER INSIDE THE APARTMENTS OF MY PARENTS IN LAW DURING THEY WERE SLEEPING...IT S NOT SAFE!!TAKE CARE!! AND THEY DIDN T RECEIVE ANY SUPPORT AND HELP FROM THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE..NEVER AGAIN.. UNFRIENDLY PEOPLE S WORKNG IN THE RECEPTION..THAN THE ROBBER INSIDE THE APARTMENT.....NO SUPPORT FROM THE HOTEL.....BAD BAD BAD

Amazing holiday in Costa Calma! ️ Can’t recommend this apartment complex enough, such good value for money & a true hidden gem! Thank you so much for a lovely stay and for gifting us a bottle of lovely Prosecco for my sisters birthday Only things to note about the surrounding area are that there aren’t too many restaurants in Costa Calma so it would definitely be worth hiring a car for your trip! Beaches are unreal and weather was beautiful.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the complex itself was well kept. However, we had booked the deluxe sea-view apartment which I expected to have a decent terrace or balcony. We were at the back of the complex, our bedroom overlooked the hotel car-park, so the sea-view was very much in the distance from the terrace only. The terrace was at the top of the stairs to the door of the apartment, it would be classed as a landing at home, as it was as wide as the stairs up to the apartment, then a tiny section next to the top of the stairs, it was ridiculously small. Although sun-beds were provided you would have to put the table and chairs (also provided) in the apartment to use them, so the sunbeds sat up against the wall unused all week. Due to the location we didn't really get any sun at the apartment, so we literally sat on the "terrace" when we came back on a night for a quick night-cap. Fortunately, the location is very close to the beach so within 10 minutes we were on Costa Calma Beach. This is our 2nd visit to Fuerteventura this year, and we were in Costa Calma a few years ago so we knew we wanted to be near the beach and just have a relaxing week on the beach, which is what we got. Whilst Costa Calma is quiet, there are 2 nightclubs and a couple of bars with live music (Surf Bar and Pirates) and they were very loud and could be heard inside our room until the early hours. I wanted a cheap and cheerful week which is what we got, but I would look at other self-catering closer to the sea-front next time, as this didn't quite make the mark.

We stayed in apartment 65 and it was amazing. The terrace and balcony was huge with beautiful views across to the beach which was 5 mins away. The location is good with shops restaurants and supermarkets close by. Apartment is spotless with everything you need. Nice swimming pool but cold. Also there is a pool bar and restaurant attached. Would definitely go back.
