H10 틴다야

호텔 리셉션에서 따뜻하게 맞아주었고, 호텔에 대한 정보를 얻을 수 있는 서류도 많이 받았습니다. 방에 도착하니 테이블 위에 물과 초콜릿이 놓여 있었습니다. 방은 넓고 최신식이었습니다. 스탠다드 더블룸에는 주전자가 없었고, 요청했는데도 오지 않았습니다. 에어컨도 잘 작동했습니다. 방은 정기적으로 청소되었습니다. 금고는 20유로인데, 직원에게서 물건을 보호하려고 돈을 내야 한다는 게 말도 안 됩니다. 음식은 형편없었고, 종종 차갑고, 선택의 폭이 좁고, 메뉴가 너무 단조로웠으며, 어린이용 메뉴도 없었습니다. 팬케이크, 오믈렛, 파스타, 생선/고기 코너 같은 음식 코너에 가려면 줄을 서서 기다려야 했습니다. 깨끗한 접시나 잔이 떨어져서 음식이 다시 채워지기를 기다리거나, 음료나 음식을 가져오려고 접시나 잔을 기다리는 경우가 많았고, 직원도 부족하고, 아무것도 빠르게 채워지지 않았습니다. 식당에 들어가려면 줄을 서야 했습니다. 테이블은 많았지만, 직원이 부족해서 더러운 접시가 가득했습니다. 저는 줄을 서서 기다리는 사람들을 지나쳐 더러운 접시를 다른 테이블로 옮기고, 웨이터 스테이션 뒤로 가서 깨끗한 수저를 받아와서 앉아서 먹곤 했습니다. 5살짜리 아이가 줄에서 지루해하고 짜증 내는 걸 40분 넘게 기다리는 대신 말이죠. 식당 입구에는 두 명의 프런트 직원이 있었는데, 웨이터들이 테이블을 치우는 걸 그저 서서 지켜보기만 했습니다. 아무도 다른 웨이터들을 돕지 않는 것 같았습니다. 웨이터들이 하는 일이 아니었고, 그들은 절대 도와주지 않았습니다. 그냥 서서 지켜보기만 했습니다! 스낵바는 끔찍했고, 셰프는 더 끔찍했습니다. 매일 차갑고 딱딱한 피자가 나왔는데, 음식 상태와 상관없이 없어질 때까지 아무것도 채워지지 않았습니다. 깨끗한 접시나 수저가 떨어지면 아무도 서둘러 채워주지 않았습니다. 어느 날 스낵바에서 음식을 접시에 담아 두었는데, 누군가 수저를 더 가져다줄 때쯤에는 음식이 완전히 차갑고 먹을 수 없을 정도로 차가워져서 다 버리고 다시 시작했습니다. 쓰레기통은 종종 넘쳐나고 더러운 접시는 쌓였습니다. 직원이 부족한 것 같았고, 다른 직원들이 도와줄 문제가 아니었습니다. 낮에만 문을 여는 작고 예쁜 커피숍이 있었는데, 수영장에서 사용할 수 있는 컵이 없어서 수영장으로 내려가 플라스틱 컵을 가져와야 음료를 들고 수영장을 돌아다닐 수 있었습니다. 커피숍은 수영장 근처에 없었습니다. 수영장 주변도 더러웠습니다. 일광욕 의자 옆 바닥에 맨발을 디딜 수 없어서 슬리퍼에 컵이 남아 있는 경우가 많았습니다. 쓰레기통이 넘쳤습니다. 수영장 주변에서 컵을 수거하는 것은 구조대원들이었습니다. 여러 가지 일을 하고 있었죠. 수영장은 바닷물이었습니다. 풀 바 수영장이 가장 따뜻했는데, 아이들은 장난감이나 튜브를 사용할 수 없었고, 안전 요원도 너무 엄격하고 무례했습니다. 튜브는 미끄럼틀이 있는 수영장에서만 허용되었습니다.

We've stayed in Fuerteventura few times, but this was out first time at Costa Calma. The hotel was located right on the sea front, with its own steps to get down to the amazing white soft sandy beach with turquoise sea. A 10 to 15 minute walk and you are at the cute shops and cafes. The hotel itself was brilliant. Nice pools and plenty of sun loungers. Lovely views of the sea from everywhere. The pool snack bar was great for food and drinks. The main restaurant was excellent too. The Route 66 restaurant was also excellent. We had a superior double sea view room, but think we got a free upgrade to a junior suite room which was unexpected! The room was fabulous! We also couldn't resist the offer of a free photo shoot which was lots of fun and we of course bought the photos! Mike's Coffee bar was the real highlight. We couldn't stop using the place. They did such delicious Chocolate milkshakes and hot chocolates. We'd come back just for that!

A lovely hotel! The staff is very friendly. Very kind, hard working waiters (especially Ildiko and Sharif) and cooks. Lovely managers (Rebekka and Rosana) welcoming you in the restaurant every evening. Mohamed at the pub does the best cocktails! The rooms are spacious. Also spacious closet. They clean your room everyday. Tons of programs provided by the animators. Try the stretching at the beach with Klaudia (very professional). Dancers (cubans) or singers (africans) every evening in the ball room. The food is incredible. Tons of choices in the evening. I would take all inclusive because all the drinks are included. There are boutique’s nearby the restaurant where you can buy nice stuff for very good price. I am pretty sure I will return. Oh and don’t forget the pool party on Wednesday evening. Rob the singer had a very nice voice.

Ive stayed with h10 on few occasions and they’ve been quite good The hotel is clean and the room superior was clean and renovated . The beds were firm and very comfy . The most beautiful Beach on the doorstep. Sea view as promised. Generally ok holiday - I would say hotel is more higher end of a 3 star rather than 4 star. Arrival check in slow took 20 mins even though we checked in online and scanned our documents online. Didn’t feel welcoming or friendly, no welcome drink or anything. We were given our room keys and told to walk to a lift then walk to another lift. Lot of walking. I was expecting someone to show to room but she said “no we don’t do that”. First time for everything , for a 4 star hotel thats pretty crap. We were tired from the flight and car journey and wanted to sleep took a while to find the room/confusing with the lift system and 2 out of order. Hailed our luggage along too ourselves. Kettle and cups in room but no tea coffee milk. Hotel in general is a bit old. But the room was renovated and nice. Again Super comfy firm beds and great pillows. No room slippers provided. . Front sea view and side view of a skip/road. Construction happening in and around hotel sawing and drilling noise daily. Rooms not soundproof can hear staff talking in corridors and drilling sounds on first day. Drilling, sawing, chain sawing noises galore heard all kinds of noise pollution were going on at the hotel. Peace disturbed regularly at mikes bar. Melodius holiday. All inclusive - but you have to book a time slot for dinner every day. No table service for drinks. Its all help yourself. Dining area is crowded and noisy, low ceilings feels like a canteen not a restaurant. Hotel is focused on catering for German and Spanish tourists. There were mostly people from Germany here. Pool bar buffet 1-4 ok. It says on the app the pool bar pizzas for all inclusive guests between 4/5pm snack time. Was nothing there only croissants. Asked staff they said not available. We ended up eating out pizzas at L’italiano about 2km away by car - highly reccomded. We were in room 379. Lift system and layout is rubbish. You have to walk a lot across the hotel to get to Your room if its on the other side and confusing, we had to walk a lot to get to our room daily. Whole hotel is understaffed. Few staff who are overworked. They work very hard but often ques build up. Lobby bar dated needs a refurb. Music way too loud in evenings cant hear ourselves talking. Pool bar counter is tiny with one barman long que, I bet it would be manic when the hotel is full. Food was the biggest issue- if you are vegetarian like us - prepare to eat chips salad and bread not much else. Lunch is hardly any selection , dinner has a little more. And nothing is labelled for allergies and for vegetarian/vegan diets you have to check yourself. Salads close to meats chicken etc bits fall into the other bowls off putting for vegetarians/vegans. I recently stayed at the H10 Hotel in Fuerteventura. The location was amazing with a beautiful beach and turquoise water just a short walk away. I have stayed on the 6th floor with part sea view which I pay extra for. There were a few of issues during my stay that were disappointing. First, after a long 24-hour journey, we were told that our room wouldn’t be ready until 3:15 PM, which was frustrating. Once we finally checked in, the room was clean, but the bed was uncomfortable and squeaky. To make things worse, there was no ironing board or iron in the room, which meant I had to rely on the hotel’s paid ironing service, something I prefer not to use. Additionally, there was no kettle or coffee machine in the room which was absolutely shocking as I have travelled all over the world and never experienced anything like that. The real issue, however, came when I returned from the beach. I found that my room had no towels, and I had to wait an entire hour for fresh towels to be brought to me. This lack of attention to detail was frustrating, especially after a long day in the sun. The food at the hotel was also underwhelming. The selection was limited, and the taste was quite bland. I expected more from a hotel in such a stunning location. The evening entertainment was very poor do not waste your time! While the weather and beach were definitely highlights, the poor service, lack of amenities, and discomfort in the room made it hard for me to fully enjoy my stay. I wouldn’t return to this hotel in the future.
