It's an inviting open plan fully renovated home full to the brim with features including accessibility features for wheelchair access.Very secure and private, you will have the whole place to your self-including off street parking for 2 cars. There are garden ponds with nature bursting and frogs galore. You and the kids can enjoy looking for the fish, playing badminton in the backyard or playing board games in air-conditioned comfort. Pets are also welcome so you can still go on holiday with your furry friends.The chef's kitchen is fully equipped, and you can enjoy cooking for you and guests, or baking and help yourself to anything in the pantry. You can even just relax and lounge in the many spots around the house that you have to choose from. The bathroom is like a day spa with private courtyard green outlook. There is even an outdoor hot shower you can enjoy if you really want to experience being with nature. There is a study connected to the main living area so if you need to catch up on work or emails you can do comfortably and with high speed Wi-Fi.Maybe even relaxing later in the afternoon with a backyard eco fire in winter and roasting some marshmallows.
