I was very disappointed that Netflix was not on your entertainment system. Most hotels/motels/inns have it. I'd planned on "binge watching" a particular series to help unwind from the day-long drive. That didn't happen.

Good location. Clean. Bathroom could use some maintenance. King bed was sitting way too close to the heating/air unit, so you only have about 10 inches to squeeze between the two, when getting in and out of bed... not fun, when you're half asleep and in a strange place.

Our only “complaint “ would be about the snow removal…but very good other than that. Taz and Kendall were both helpful, polite and accommodating to the guests. We will stay there again

I was surprised that being a newer hotel that the beds seemed to be well used and uncomfortable. It definitely was very unorganized check in process. They didn't seem to know what was going on.

I have stayed at the Home2suites many times, but this time was disappointing. Room had not been cleaned. The reassigned room was "clean " but im pretty sure the bed was not made up with clean linens. Toiletries were missing and no kleenex. Desk staff were apathetic. The one Housekeeping staff saw was cleaning rooms well into the evening.

You can hear people talking on the other rooms. It’s not loud but can hear them. Other than that the rooms are clean and the staff was very friendly.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and ready when I arrived and all of the amenities were clean and available for use. The Breakfast was hot and ready, and the attendant made sure nothing ran low.

Very large room. Fabulous kitchen area with full-sized refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Very comfortable bed and sofa.

Amazing stay in a great area. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Clisexto university and restaurants. Having dogs. This property was very accommodating for family and pets.

Great hotel!! Very comfortable and great location to stay to reach Cedar Rapids, Amana Colonies and a host of other locations. Great price too! Very pleased with the stay.
