리리뷰어I often stay at Aston Inn when I visit Cilacap. I like being close to the center of the city without being close to the noise and congestion that is part of the city center. I like having a restaurant in the hotel, and I appreciate the help offered me by the hotel employees. I appreciate having a refrigerator (a small one) in my hotel room. And I especially like having water available that is BPA free, located in the hall area near the rooms. It pleases me that the hotel cares about not contributing to the pollution created by plastic bottle waste. A glass container is available in the rooms to obtain cold or hot water. I plan to continue staying at Aston when I am in Cilacap.

DDyan_WHotel paling nyaman di Cilacap, bersih, kamar cozy, breakfast enak, proses check-in cepat biarpun saat peak season, recommended banget biarpun area parkir terbatas, sayangnya saat melayani check-in petugas receptionist sedang pilek & tdk memakai masker, lebih baik bila kurang fit pakai masker aja biar komunikasi ke tamu lebih nyaman

리리뷰어One earlier stay at this hotel, I found several small insects on the floor and thought nothing much of it. But this time after waking up I discovered bites on my body, in several places (arm, leg). It was apparent to me that this was the result of bed bugs. I had heard this from someone else who stayed at this hotel, but was skeptical. Now I am not.
I am dismayed, as I had planned to stay for a week or longer at this hotel in the near future. When I spoke to the desk clerk about the bed bugs I suspected were the. cause of my bug bites he said he would alert ”housekeeping”. I told him I doubted that a change of bedding would suffice. Bed bugs are most often in the mattress, and likely need strong measures to take care of ridding the problem.
Otherwise I find the hotel very nice, with a restaurant that will accommodate my requests to alter menu items to conform to my food preferences (vegetarian). And a room refrigerator that I can use.
Staff is always very accommodating.
I hope the bed bug problem can be fully resolved.

DDanelyn위생과 관련하여 깨끗하고 깔끔합니다. 다른 일은 저렴한 가격을 다시 얻을 수 있기 때문에 통지를받을 수 있습니다. 에어컨이있는 방 만 춥지 않고 바람 만 에어컨이 실제로 오래되었다는 것을 알 수 있습니다. 호텔에 대한 제 제안, 011호실은 에어컨을 새 것으로 교체합니다. 수리되었기 때문에 쓸모없는 것 같지 않습니다. 다른 사람들은 내가 얻는 저렴한 가격에 여전히 괜찮습니다.
