메인 Oddfellows 호텔에서 체크인하는 것은 순조로웠지만 아파트의 정확한 주소를 미리 알 수 있었을 것이므로 더 쉽게 주차할 수 있었습니다. 아파트에 주차 공간이 하나 있지만 빡빡한 입구입니다!
아파트 5는 위층에 있었고 매우 넓습니다. 라운지/주방/식사는 잘 꾸며져 있었고 제공되는 차와 커피는 매우 환영받았습니다. 침실과 욕실은 크고 편안하며 깨끗했습니다(그러나 수건이나 코트를 위한 몇 개의 후크로 할 수 있음). 세탁실도 있습니다. Decof는 기발하고 위치는 훌륭합니다. 주요 거리에서 약간 떨어져 있습니다. 머물기 좋은 곳.

5분 안에 2단계로 갈 수 있을 거라고 생각했는데 결국 20분 동안 비가 내렸다.

커뮤니티 호텔에는 엘리베이터가 없으며 수하물을 직접 운반합니다.
그리고 방이 너무 작아서 상자를 펼칠 수 없다는 것을 알았습니다.
아침 식사는 전형적인 영국식 아침 식사입니다. 충분히 먹을 수 있습니다.
수용할 수없는 것은 체크 아웃 후 수하물을 넣을 곳이없고 수하물 안전에 책임이 없다고 말하고 아무도 수하물을 보여주지 않는다는 것입니다.
마지막으로 할머니는 상자를 가지고 역에 캐비닛을 찾아서 몇 달러를 저축하는 것이 좋습니다. 실제 결과는 Chester 역에이 서비스가 없다는 것입니다.
실제 역에서 우회전하여 3 분 거리에 Lloyd Hotel과 같은 다른 두 호텔이 있으며 실제 가격은 약 55 ~ 60 파운드입니다.

Great Hotel, with lovely rooms ( I tad dated for some tastes). Service was first class, with a lovely meal in the brasserie eaten. Breakfast is high standard with good old table service, the brasserie is a lovely room for meals. Wife had a massage in the spa, which was one of the best she had had!
Car park near Hotel, cases taken to room, staff very friendly and more than happy to help.
Location right in the middle of Chester for close access to shops, Bars and restaurants
Only Negative, Breakfast could have been hotter. And added service charges to bill automatically.
Drinks are very expensive, but to be expected for a 5 start Hotel

체스터 호텔과 가깝고 무료 주차가 매우 편리하고 객실이 깨끗하고 침대가 매우 편안하지만 호텔에는 엘리베이터가 없으며 수하물을 위층으로 운반해야하며 때로는 방의 변기 플러싱 수압이 약합니다. 아침 식사가 매우 맛있다는 점은 언급할 가치가 있습니다.

이 호텔은 체스터 중심가에서 도보로 5분 거리에 머물기에 완벽합니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 매우 도움이 되었습니다. 주차장이 구내에 있어서 이상적입니다. 우리 방은 약간 오래되었고 약간의 수리가 필요했습니다. 하지만 며칠 동안 잠자기에는 괜찮았습니다. 아침 식사는 좋은 선택이었고 서비스는 훌륭했습니다.

The hotel in great location very close to bars and restaurants 👌 easy to find .The room was very small and didn't have hair dryer, we asked for one on reception, they said that they could bring us hair dryer but never did !Isolation in rooms are very bad, could here everyone from rooms next to us .

리리뷰어사랑스러운 완비된 아파트. 도심에서 불과 5분 거리에 있는 그런 보석을 보고 놀랐습니다. 리셉션에서 커피, 핫 초콜릿 및 물의 끝없는 공급, 아침 식사로 신선한 크루아상이 제공됩니다.
필요한 모든 주방 장비가 있으므로 장기 또는 단기 체류를 위한 것입니다. 에어컨, 다리미, 다리미판, 품목 보관 금고 및 여러 벽 소켓 포인트가 정말 잘 작동합니다.
주차는 하룻밤에 £10이며 강도가 좋은 Wi-Fi입니다.
스터디/작업 테이블도 있습니다.
정말 그것을 좋아했고 다시 여기에 머물기를 기다릴 수 없습니다.

DDrVicThe location of this hotel is great, very close to Chester and all the attractions around.
In terms of the room, our room was very spacious and the bed was very big. However it was two singles joined together, so a gap between the two.
This is probably where the good bits end. The size of the room and bathroom really was a positive though, especially travelling with a baby.
We had to pay £5 to hire a travel cot and in the end we didn’t use it. The cot mattress appears to have never been replace and was very thin and lumpy, making it redundant. The wooden slates at the bottom of the crib could be felt very dominantly through what was left of the mattress, meaning our baby was waking up uncomfortable and we had to transfer him to the bed.
In terms of things that could do with improvement:
Cleanliness
The room floor was very dirty and could have benefited from an additional vacuum. Initially I put this down to arriving on New Year’s Day and then having a lot of people check out that day, but the whole hotel appeared a little bit grubby on closer inspection.
The spa pool was exceptionally dirty. The floor coming out of the changing room covered in hair and general dirt. The showers looked like they hadn’t had a good scrub in months, with yellow build up all over the floor and walls. Not what you expect from a spa! To top it off after swimming I have contracted the Norovirus.
Service
Our first encounter with the reception staff was great the lady very welcoming and friendly. We met the cleaner as well who was also lovely. The rest of the staff we encountered were not so great. Either rude or disinterested, I get that it might not be your dream job but service with a smile goes a long way.
Facilities
The hot water takes a while to come through at busier times, this is signposted in the room. However, the water does not get very water at all. It does come through at a pleasant temperature, but not great if you like a bath or shower on the warmer side.
There are three times a day when you can go swimming with children. It would be great if these times were restricted to children/families only, as there were quite a few adults sitting around the poolside and in the hot tub.
Breakfast was ok, but a lot of the time left uncovered.
Overall not a great stay and would be unlikely to stay again.

리리뷰어A little piece of heaven! The room was very comfortable, well designed and with lovely nautical features throughout. On arrival, parking was excellent, friendly helpful staff, within minutes we were sat by the window, overlooking the fast flowing river, being entertained by the wildlife whilst enjoying a well earned drink after a nearly three hour drive! Location was perfect, breakfast, a joy! A birthday treat for my special girl which couldn't of been better, we will return.

AAndrew체크인은 매우 쉽고 3 명의 직원이 손님을 체크인하는 번거 로움이 없었습니다. 우리는 15:00 체크인 시간보다 훨씬 전에 도착했지만 이른 체크인 객실이 없었기 때문에 나중에 체크인하기 위해 돌아와야했습니다.
객실 크기는 편안한 침대와 좋은 휴식을 보장하는 양질의 베개로 적절했습니다.
호텔은 매우 깨끗하고 직원이 잘 갖추어져 있습니다. 유일한 단점은 도심까지 도보 거리가 아니라 위치이지만 도심 외곽에 있는 이 호텔의 주차가 훨씬 쉬우므로 거래 차단기가 아닙니다.

리리뷰어For the most part, this is a lovely hotel. It cost us around £7 for a taxi into Chester and the rooms are clean. The majority of staff are incredibly friendly. However, while out during the day our keys were deactivated to force us to the reception so that the manager could corner me about where my car was parked - which had been mentioned to another member of staff during check in and they had said it wasn't a problem. She had been trying to call me on the hotel room phone ”all day”, which is a ridiculous approach as who sits in their room all day? If she had just called me on my mobile number, which was used to book the room, I would have happily come back and moved the car. She demanded I move it in that moment and I explained that I'd had a drink but I'd move it in the morning. She then said she would move my car, which I wasn't comfortable with. She then walked away from me and wouldn't allow a rational, adult conversation. The tone and attitude were accusatory and her frustration clearly misdirected when she has made no realistic efforts to contact me; we were in the hotel until 11am and, as I said, I had my phone with me all day. I tried to explain to the reception staff why my car was where it was, and that I had discussed it on a rival and was dismissed with a ”well I wasn't there so I wouldn't know” then she smirked at another guest. It's such a shame that has really put a dampner on the stay for us, as it was totally unnecessary.
