I am very disappointed with this Hotel as it didn't have a working air conditioning during our stay, even though they advertise at *********** and their webpage as having it. I complained several times to Hotel's front desk and they said they they were working with their technical department to fix it. Nothing was ever done since we requested it a after our first night at the hotel. The only thing they did is to put a fan in the room, that was their solution to the problem. We were unable to sleep comfortably because of the heat as summer moved in. Decided to move to another hotel and shorten our stay, but the Hotel decided to apply penalty for the whole stay. What about the fact that they cheat their guests offering A/C when it doesn't have it? Apart from the fact that breakfast items run our early and you have to end up with a very limited assortment of foods. I really advise guests, to avoid this Hotel, specially if you are sensible to heat during the night. (it was around 30”C)

Vorrei sottolineare come primo aspetto che il profumo all'interno di un hotel dovrebbe essere calibrato in quanto ci sono persone allergiche a cui la profumazioni così forte può dare problemi. Ok profumo di pulito, ma un erogatore è esagerato. Dopo il check in ho seguito le indicazioni per raggiungere la camera che era nella struttura esterna e dopo 10 minuti che vagavo ( perché le indicazioni erano vecchie e non chiare a detta dell'hotel ) sono rientrata e mi sono fatta accompagnare dal ragazzo della reception che mi ha confessato che lui non sapeva nemmeno dove cercare la mia camera perché non era mai uscito dalla struttura e non sapeva dove fosse la mia camera. Ho poi cambiato subito camera perché con moquette. Nel momento dell'ordine non era indicata la pavimentazione e ho dovuto aggiungere 10 euro per cambiare camera . Ho trovato poca professionalità e in un hotel a 4 stelle credo non sia ammissibile.

Ottimo hotel, colazione sublime,buona posizione, le camere sono molto pulite, personale cordiale.

이 호텔은 교통 근처에 있고 싶은 사람들에게 좋은 위치에 있지는 않지만 다른 이유로 이 위치를 선택했기 때문에 이것은 나에게 영향을 미치지 않았습니다. 이 호텔은 내가 여러 면에서 가본 호텔 중 최악입니다. 더 적은 비용을 지불했다면 불평하지 않을 것이지만 가격 가치가 없는 호텔에 많은 돈을 지불했습니다. 방이 좁고 Wi-Fi와 TV가 건물 2에서 작동하지 않습니다. 아침 식사 (내가 있었던 다른 3 별과 비교)는 매우 낮습니다. 빵의 한 종류, 건조하고 치즈 한 종류, chorizo ​​​​ 다른 치즈 유형 없음. 체크 아웃은 10:30에 너무 일찍 ... 그런 것을 본 적이 없습니다. 내가 별을주지 않는 긍정적인 점: 친절한 직원, 좋은 청소 및 다양한 객실 위생 제품이 항상 제공됩니다.

이 호텔은 내 체류 중 최고였습니다. 최고의 조식 (많은 선택) 하이퍼스페이스룸 방 앞에 개인 무료 주차. 고속도로 옆이기 때문에 전략적인 위치. 아주 차분해 나는이 호텔을 강력히 추천합니다.

Everything was perfect for me. Before getting to Milano, I've been to Nordic countries which cost more, this hotel took a very reasonable price for me. And the staffs were pretty kind. I still remember one staff kindly asked me 'coffee or cappuccino?' And she explained that they bake almost of the bread. And the facilities could be better. They have a basement parking lot. I highly recommend this hotel and I'll be back whenever I come back to Milano.

좋은 호스텔, 슈퍼마켓 근처 및 대기 스테이션이있는 편리한 위치. 내 방이 안뜰에 창문이있는 1 층에 있다는 것은 조금 어두웠으며 맥주 ...에도 불구하고 꽤 시끄 럽습니다. 그리고 같은 가격에 호스텔에 비해 아주 겸손한 아침 식사. 그러나 직원들의 친절과 편리한 위치는 이러한 불편을 달콤하게 만들었습니다.

I booked this hotel through love holidays, be warned this hotel is NOT near Milan…. If you are coming from Bergamo airport you need to get a bus right outside airport to Milan Central then the tube to Milan Cadorna then train to Mozatte, not nice for a nighttime arrival. Mozatte train station is a good 15 minute walk away from the hotel, the trains in Italy are fab but you struggle to get a train back to Mozzate after 8pm. You can get to Saronno but even to get a taxi from there is £20-£25. The hotel itself is ok I wouldn’t say 4 star but the staff were pleasant and helpful when I asked for anything . Lovely breakfast 😊

Decent hotel. Was here for work, rooms very spacious well kept and clean, can not fault the hygiene and presentation. Staff are amazing ! Reception went above and beyond. Bar staff as well even when people took liberties. Only reason it’s not 5 star is that the beds are not great and not particularly comfy mattress and my biggest issues the Aircon basically doesn’t work. First thought it was because I couldn’t select a low enough temp. Reception kindly sorted this for me but even after at a very low temp nothing changed. Breaky was a very varied typical European breaky something for everyone. Really liked this hotel and the staff make it awesome. Just a bit better AC and would have been mega.
