직원들은 매우 친절한 편이고, 딱히 나쁜점 없고, 가격대비 괜찮습니다.
화장실은 변기와 세면대가 간섭이 있어서 좀불편했음.
위치는 전시장에서 가까와서 잡은건데, 걸어가도 될거리인데 큰길이 가로막고 있어 택시를 타야만 했습니다. 택시비가 저렴해서 다행.
팬소리를 줄이려고 에어컨디셔너의 바람세기를 낮추었지만, 최소나 최대나 같음...ㅋ

이 호텔이 정말 마음에 들어요. 그랩 기사가 항상 호텔 근처 "루마 사킷"으로 데려다주거든요. 객실은 넓고 TV도 잘 나오고 아침 식사도 좋았어요. 다만 방에 에어컨이 좀 느린 편이었어요.

Check-in is very slow.Need to work on staff management.The staff at the restaurant for breakfast is not at all helpful or friendly.service is very poor. They need to improve.Breakfast is good and tasty with many options although.

Help my family to book together as we stayed at Aston Kemayoran for just one night in late August 2025 after needing to shift from our original hotel due to the demonstrations happening nearby. Despite the sudden change in plans, Aston Kemayoran turned out to be a great choice.
The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which we really appreciated after a long and slightly stressful day. The staff were friendly, professional, and very accommodating—even though we were last-minute guests.
The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a restful night. The bed was especially cozy, and the bathroom was spotless. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the hotel, but it was clear that the facilities were well-maintained and managed with care.
Location-wise, the hotel felt safe and relatively quiet, which was exactly what we were looking for given the circumstances.
All in all, we were very satisfied with our brief stay. Aston Kemayoran provided comfort, calm, and great service when we needed it most. Would definitely consider staying here again under better circumstances!

Service is accomodating, welcome drink available upon check-in arrival. Room is spacious, smart TV can be used to open online channels like Youtube and Vidio. Breakfast is delicious and room cleanliness is great.
