It was a great experience and I feel very happy with everything. Everyone was polite and the service was excellent.

Lovely, convenient place. Enjoyed our stay and the staff were welcoming and friendly . The hotel is close to shops and the restaurant has good food and drinks .

Nice place, good location, good service at the reception and restaurant....but room cleaning is not good.

The most amazing stay. I am a regular at this premier inn and i will continue to be. Staff are so attentive and kind. Food is amazing they have just got a new menu for dinner and it has definitely exceeded my expectations.

Great location, walking distance into town. Calm atmosphere, rooms were super clean. Great value and parking was easy and fairly priced. No issues with noise, great service and accommodating to our accessibility needs.

Very clean rooms, lovely kind helpful lady at front of house, I believe her name was Sara or Sarah, credit to the company, excellent customer service skills and polite, give the lady a pay rise

Arrived at hotel after travelling a few hours and was greeted by a very polite and helpful woman at reception. Hungry and thirsty we soon found out that the restaurant and bar did not open until 6pm ?? So we took ourselves off to High Wycombe town in search of food passing the local McDonalds next to the hotel. Could not see anything online to say the restaurant opens at 6pm - reception staff could only apologise and thought it mentioned the times on the website? Room was clean and comfortable. Location - Grotty. Breakfast - poor - crusty beans, tasteless sausages, bacon - just about cooked, hard fried eggs.

I recently stayed at the grand Uddhav hotel and was thoroughly impressed by both the accommodations and hospitality. The decor was fantastic and cleanliness was amazing.

A lovely stay. Hotel quiet, rooms lovely and clean. The only issue we had was that the TV didn’t work properly. Breakfast nice. Staff really attentive. Downside is the parking. I really don’t think you should have to pay to park. Also very limited spaces.
