'西班牙🇪🇸風情'

'클레이튼은 호텔에서 가는 한 괜찮았고 최상층에서 카디프를 바라보는 것도 좋았고 직원들도 친절했습니다. 체육관은 호텔의 크기에 비해 작았고 침실은 스탠다드 더블룸이었습니다. 리뷰에서는 Clayton이 새로 단장되었지만 방이 오래되었다고 느꼈습니다. H&S로 인해 창문을 열 수 없어 신선한 공기가 없었고 에어컨만 있었습니다. 방은 대부분 깨끗했고 카펫에 얼룩이 거의 없었고 바닥이 먼지가 많았습니다. 호텔 위치는 기차역과 시내 근처에서 훌륭했지만 비용면에서 훨씬 더 저렴한 호텔을 갖기 전날 밤과 객실에 주방이 있었기 때문에 훨씬 더 나은 것을 기대했습니다. 그리고 매우 현대적이었습니다. 며칠 더 그 곳에 머물렀더라면 좋았을 것입니다.'

'We arrived at Cardiff Central by train, which is 15mins walking to this Premier Inn. It was very welcoming and staff friendly, rooms clean, with as much tea and coffee, which you took from the travellers store at the main entrance. My only gripe is as I have dietary requirements, They couldn't cater for them and had to make do with what was on offer. No gluten free food at night, Only what I would call general burgers, lasagne, steak battered fish and chips. Only veg on offer was peas. In this day and age Hotels need to cater for a variety of people's health conditions. Vegan/vegetarians are not Gluten free or Ibs sufferers or Celiacs. Which are complicated problems. It would be helpful if they offered something which could be adapted. .'

'The hotel is very close to the train station (less than 2 mins walk) and the city center. The staff were very friendly but it seems that they somehow lack of experience. I booked a room on trip.com and had prepaid for the stay. But I was charged again for the stay when I checked out. Thank god trip.com was able to refund from their side. The room has no window, so only the Air Con provides ventilation. Bathroom can smell sometimes.'

'Nice hotel room and environment is good. But their house keeping without good liaison after we left the room, they failed to do it.'

'Undeniably, the location of the hotel is perfect as it is very close to the Cardiff Castle and the city center, only few minutes to there. The hotel also provides carpark with a reasonable charges. The staff is friendly, except that when we requested 2 more pillows, the staff questioned us why we did not take the spare pillows in the wardrobe where he didn't realize that those pillows were taken by his colleague who took them to set up 2 sofa beds for us. We explained this to him but it appeared to me that he was very impatient and impolite and cut the line. At last, of course the staff did not follow up. Same as other advise, the hotel really needs renovation as the decoration and fittings are old and outdated.'

'device was brilliant from checking in , they were very busy , but magee time to take our bags until our check in time . When we arrived home i realised I had left my purse hidden in our room 😢. I phoned the and spoke to the desk clerk and they went straight to our old room and found my purse and phoned me straight back . 😊. Thank you to all the staff .'

'I recently stayed at the Leonardo Hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. While the room was clean and well-presented, the noise levels were unbearable. Throughout the night, we were disturbed by the sounds of voices from the adjacent rooms and the floor above us was consistently creaking as guests moved around. When I mentioned these issues to the receptionist during checkout, I was disappointed by the lack of response or apology. Overall, this affected the quality of my stay significantly, and I do not intend to return. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel.'
