Restaurant Bogavante was excellent and our waiter Jaime gave us outstanding service, we were celebrating our 33rd anniversary and treated us like kings!!!! We will definitely be going back there again and sit in his section!

The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. My family has had simple requests and none have been satisfied. Being in the industry myself I know what is a ridiculous request and what can be accomplished easily. You pay for inclusive experience and we can only eat a Buffett that has the same terrible food every single night. We are busy is not an answer to why we can’t get dinner reservation. We paid a lot of money for a family of 6 to come here and receive no extra amenities. Spend your money a name brand resort you get the quality and service you expect to receive.

I ABSOLUTELY love Fabian and Neftali at Bogavante!!! It is my FAVORITE restaurant at the hotel and it is all because of Fabian and Neftali….PLEASE DONT MOVE THEM!!!! Please please please!!!! The one thing I hate as a member is that the hotel keeps moving people around ….we as members LOVE to see the same people each time so we feel we are at HOME!!!! When the hotel management moves ours friends to other locations it is NOT the same!!! I REALLY HOPE MANAGEMENT WILL LISTEN TO THE MEMBERS!!!!! New management comes in and screws up what is working instead of what is NOT working!!!! Maybe management needs to “TALK” to members to see what is not working rather than take it upon themselves to “DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT “!!!!! PLEASE FONT TAKE FABIAN OR NEFTALI FROM BOGAVANTE!!!!! PLEASE!!! They are why I go to Bogavante!

I can't imagine a better place to visit. We became members26 years ago and have always been treated like family by the outstanding staff. The representative, Sergio, that take care us , went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. He even arranged golf for our group and a special cake from his family baker for my grandaughters celebration of her graduation, all on his day off!!! Norma and Lulu in the spa delivered a much needed special massage to our ladies. They were the friendliest, most caring people you would want to meet and their skills as masseuses are incredible. Lounging around the pool is a great way to spend a warm November week, but having Javier as your server makes each day an event. He was always there when you needed him with beverages and suggestions and always with a big friendly smile. I mentioned a few of the outstanding staff but the entire staff makes your stay beyond special and leaves you with a longing to return to your home away from home as soon as possible. I don't want forget Magic Mike, entertainment staff member extrordinaire! His charm and attention during special evening events still has my family talking about what a great guy he is. Thank you GR Caribe family for making our stay so fantastic and we can't wait to see you all next year
