칸토 4성급 호텔

Con Khuong Resort Rooms are great. Big. Spacious, super clean and a big bath with full scenic views as it opens into the bedroom with a glass pane that could be closed off with a screen. It had a stunning floating tub that I enjoyed particulary! The balcony was spacious and overlooked the pool. We had a double room, deluxe. The scenery from the balcony was incredible. It had complete privacy as it had treetops and a gorgeous river view beyond the pool views which were right below. They arranged for netflix connectivity on the smart tv as soon as we requested. The rooms are new and well maintained. The resort is well run. From time we checked in things went smoothly and every request from the room was taken seriously and responded to at once. Check out was delayed by some unwarranted time. Took almost 20 min from the time we came out from our room though we checked out at the same time we had informed them prevous day. So not sure why so much delay even if they wanted to check the rooms. Most hotels take negligible time even if they wait for the room check as its merely a formality and all the bills ought to be ready. With the result our cab was made to wait for 20 min as it had came on time for airport drop! The pool service was lacking. The pool itself is strangely designed in depth . Its sloping sharply from 0.5m to 1.6m in a very narrow distance so felt odd . Also there were no pools handles to hold on to walking in and out of it. So getting in and out was very challenging. Especially so for those with accessibility issues and for senior citizens. Not to mention dangerous as well as the risk of slipping is high. Also the pool deck area has no accessibility slope so had steps or was one really high height to access . Other than that the pool was lovely and very relaxing as it was exquisetely set admist a lotus water garden of pink and white giant lotuses. The whole resort garden was beautifully maintained. Pool service itself was poor. Nobody to get the towels or clear the dirty ones off the loungers. Nor was there any proper service. Every time I would have to go over all the way up to the pool bar and cafe and ask for a menu or for somebody to come and take an order. At times I had to stand for a really long time at the pool deck and look for somebody to come attend or catch an attendants attention. The showers were in a really odd far off place and in a closed off room so had to walk all the way there which entailed a lot of steps again. It would have been easy if there were an open shower by the pool area. The resort itself is very serene and calm and right by the river. The location is sublime and you can enjoy the beatitude and calm that envelops the place naturally. I really was looking forward to enjoying the balcony. But it was ruined by nightfall as it has a big light that comes on automatically. So we cannot enjoy it the way we like. Ideally I like to sit at dusk and enjoy the birds and the fading light. Lors de notre périple de 13 jours, c est le premier établissement où nous avons été déçu 😢. Si la chambre est spacieuse, elle commence réellement à manquer d entretien (murs tachés et mobilier brûlé). Mais ça ce n’est rien : un petit déjeuner chimique et un personnel nombreux…mais totalement absent.

방(화장실 포함)은 넓고 조용했습니다. 모든 짐을 바닥에서 치우기에 충분한 공간이었습니다. 조식 뷔페는 괜찮았습니다. 좋은 위치. 방의 에어컨이 100% 제대로 작동하지 않았습니다(21도로 설정했는데도 25도 정도였습니다). 리셉션 직원은 의사소통이 가능한 영어를 구사하지 못했고 베트남에서 유일하게 보증금(50 USD)을 요구한 호텔이었습니다. 체크아웃 시 문제 없이 돌려받았습니다. 로비와 조찬실은 에어컨이 제대로 가동되지 않았습니다.

좋습니다. 수영장도 좋고 직원들 서비스도 좋고, 하지만 석식은 가격에 비해서 좋은 편은 아닌 것 같습니다. 조식은 많이 먹을만 합니다 호치민과 하노이처럼 관광지가 아니다보니 한국인들이 석식 조식 등에 있어서 고수를 잘 못드시는 분들은 힘들어 하실수도 있네요..

We stopped overnight as part of a tour to the city. The room was wonderfully huge! Clean, tidy and comfortable. Staff walked us through all the room amenities and left us to relax. Good location with a nice walk to restaurants and night markets. Breakfast was served early - from 6am, with a wide selection of food to suit everyone. From check in to check out, we enjoyed our stay and would happily use the hotel again.

나는 Can Tho의 Ninh Kieu 호텔에서 22 박을 묵었습니다. 그곳의 아침 식사는 훌륭했습니다. 위치는 훌륭했습니다. 나는 매일 저녁 강 공원으로 걸어가는 것을 즐겼다. 다소 큰 쇼핑몰이 옆에 있었고 먹을 곳이 약 6 곳있었습니다. 푸드코트와 야시장이 가까웠습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절했습니다. 그들은 심지어 한 달 이상 여행할 때 도움이 되는 훌륭한 청소 서비스를 제공했습니다. Can Tho University, Campus 2는 택시로 쉽게 갈 수 있었습니다.
