Entering the apartment you will see the first sneak peek of the breathtaking view from the living room which is completely equipped with furniture, TV, Wifi and more. The dinning area has a table for 6 people including the basic amenities needed, also has a magnificent view of the ocean from this area. The kitchen has stove a brand new refrigerator, freezer, cooking utensils , microwave and more. Heading to the bedrooms we have one master bedroom with a king size premium mattress a closet with hanger and a complete bathroom. The other bedroom has a bunk bed with full size premium mattress including a working space ( desk with a chair) a closet with hangers. Across the haul you find the second bathroom, in front you will find the laundry room that has a washer and dryer we provide the liquid detergents. Note our apartment has AC through the apartment...BUT WAIT there is more, heading back to the leaving you will find a glass sliding door which it will take you to your personal balcony and experience a breathtaking view of the Caribbean ocean, you will hear the oceans waves throughout your stay.Stela is located on the second floor ocean front of Victoria del Mar Condominium. The building consists of the main entrance gated where you will access your personal designated parking space.The main entrence to the building has a glass door that will access you to the inside, for your convenience there are two elevators and two stairs ether one will take you to the apartment.** The apartment doesn’t have direct access to the beach but only 2 minutes away (walking or car) you can find a beautiful beach spot. Rincon is located on the lower northwest corner of Puerto Rico in the area known as the Porta del Sol, approximately 2.5 – 3 hours driving time from the capital city of San Juan (SJU) and a 45 minute driving time from Aguadilla Airport (BQN).Allied, Budget, and Avis car rental companies all offer locations at the San Juan Airport and the Aguadilla (BQN) Puerto Rico Airport. Budget car rental also offers a location in Añasco/Mayaguez which is only about 20 minutes from Rincon. Cute beach inspired, spacious 3br home has been fully renovated! Surrounded by the lush forest, this property is located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, just up from a waterfall and has multiple fruit trees on the property. We are just a few minutes from the beach, but with the peaceful, remote atmosphere found in the mountains and a waterfall just down the street! Fall asleep listening to the coqui, and be awakened by the roosters. This is a great place to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature! The house has been converted to solar, so storms or the frequent rolling blackouts from Luma will not be a problem! Spacious rooms with air conditioning, comfortable memory foam mattresses, quality bedding, and towels, provided. Crib also provided for those guests who need one. Well stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook your own gourmet meals if you choose to, but most guests choose to enjoy experiencing wonderful cuisine the wide variety of restaurants Rincon has to offer! Happy to help you with any recommendations if you need some! The neighbors are wonderful people who are locals. We all value the peace and quiet in the neighborhood. Most of the neighbors are up early for work most days, so please respect their need for sleep at nights and be responsible. If you are looking to host parties etc, this is not the right place to book, and we kindly ask that you find a more suitable listing. Laundry room is located in the outbuilding. There is driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles (however during mango season I would not park a vehicle under the mango tree, so I recommend only using 2 spaces). We’ve also stocked the house with games, puzzles, movies, and a Wii that you are welcome to use to enjoy your family time together. There is a wheeled cooler that you are welcome to take with you to the beach or any other adventures. Please return it nice and clean though! A couple of important things to note about the property:The driveway is steep, so oversized SUVs or trucks sometimes need to have 4 wheel drive in order to make it up the driveway (smaller cars and SUVs don’t seem to have a problem, but if it is wet it can be slippery and can be a little more challenging). Street parking is also available across the street in front of the vacant house if you don't want to pull up the driveway.Also, as is the case with many properties on the island, we have a sensitive septic system. No feminine products or toilet paper down the toilet please!!!! It will create problems! We provide plenty of trash bags for the can in the bathroom for all paper items. For any of our guests looking for some fun and adventure, we can help guide you in the right direction for anything the island has to offer.
