With memory-foam mattress, 2 twin size roll away beds, luxury linens, smart TVs, a well-equipped kitchen, and air conditioning, you'll be comfortable no matter how you spend your stay! We do allow fur babies; please see our house rules for more information!The home is centrally located to downtown Williams, AZ. A grocery store is a 30 second walk from the house! We charge a $100 nonrefundable** pet fee for ANY fur babies. After a fur baby stays with us we perform a deep clean and take ALL of the used bedding and towels to the dry cleaner for a treatment to ensure future guests do not have any allergic reactions. The fee is to cover the extra costs we incur due to cleaning and being proactive and mindful other guests’ sensitivities; not for the liability if your fur baby chews or damages something. PLEASE assure us that you will pick up after your pet, not allow them on the furniture, and excess pet hair will be cleaned up before departure. An ADDITIONAL $50 fee may be applied if excess pet hair, urine, or feces is found on furniture, floors, and/or yard. Please do not take any of the condiments, spices, butter, oils, or hot sauces in the house.
