The game room includes a full size pool table, as well as 6 full size arcade games. This amazing house also has 4 fire places as well as 2 master bedrooms . The first master bedroom includes a walk-in closet, fullsize bathroom with separate tub and shower with 60" tv. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with dresser, nightstand and 42" tv. There are a total of 6 televisions in the house come that with cable, roku and netflix.The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located on it, as well as a 1500 sq ft rooftop deck. The master bedroom is on this floor has a walk-in closet, nighstand, dresser, 5 drawer chest, a soaking tub, double vanity sinks, toilet and separate shower. It also has its own deck, perfect for having a cup of coffee in the morning. There are 2 more standard bedrooms on this floor with one of them having a connecting bathroom door. There is a mini fridge and microwave located on the second floor.The second floor also has a massive rooftop deck that overlooks the downtown skyline. Upscale Winter Park is just down the street. The location is perfect for anything you want to do.The spaceOur home is nestled on a brick paved street. The guest house has a separate entrance, a large backyard, and a covered picnic table.Guest accessThere is a picnic table just outside the Clementine that you are welcome to use. We have a charcoal grill that you can use as well, just make sure you clean it afterwards. Grill tools are in the main house so let me know if you need them. Our kids also have a trampoline. Feel free to jump to your hearts content, just don’t break any bones…we aren’t liable for injuries. In addition there is a basketball goal. You’re also welcome to shoot some hoops.
