This is an alternative to traditional AC/heat which is only utilized in 2 states, CO and AZ. This allows for the home to be cooled & heated naturally through the water source which is a natural humidifier, something anyone can appreciate in the dry climate of CO! Easy to use and adjust to your temperature needs through the thermostat. *Please note- the swamp cooler runs from June to September ONLY. Please note as stated above this property does not have a standard A/C unit. It has a Swamp Cooler which helps cools the home, but the air is being pushed into the home through a vent from upstairs and water is pumped into the unit. This unit blows cold air into the home and windows must be cracked in order for this unit to work properly. Temperature in the home varies depending on the temperature outside. Please note, that we cannot guarantee that the swamp cooler will cool the home to your desired temperature. Please take this into consideration when booking as we do not give refunds.
