Enjoy the 60 inch 4K smart TV equipped with Apple Airplay and Roku so you can watch anything your heart desires. We offer a 2nd one to rent for $25 for the duration of your stay.-If you are interested in any of these, please let us know ahead of time so we can have it set up for when you arrive.Parking:-4 off street parking spots are available for mid sized SUVs to smaller vehicles ( 2 covered and 2 uncovered). It is important to note, LARGE SUVS AND TRUCKS WILL NOT FIT IN THE DRIVEWAY due to the narrowness of the driveway leading back to the parking spots. If you have one of these vehicles, please park on the street. -We share the entrance portion of the driveway with our neighbor. As you pull up to the back of the house be sure to park only in the designated parking spots to the left or in the garage to avoid blocking our neighbors in. -Street parking is always available, just be mindful of the parking signs to avoid getting a ticket!Winter:-As I'm sure you understand, winters in Buffalo can be unpredictable in terms of snow/ice. We do our best to coordinate with local companies to ensure the driveway and walking areas are free of snow and salted, however there may be times when this is not possible (in cases of blizzards or rapid snow fall).
