There is a large laundry room with in-unit washer and dryer, usage of which is included in your stay.Other things to noteThe only bathroom has both a shower and bathtub that are seperate from each other in the bathroom. For those staying out in the guest suite, please note that you will have to cross the outdoor patio to the main house in order to use the bathroom. The bathroom has it's own private entrance and is not an en suite to the primary bedroom.There are two flights of stairs that must be taken to get to the main entrance. Second floor: living room, full kitchen , dining area, sun room; 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, and 2 full bathrooms. There are a total of 15 stairs to get to the second floor. First floor: living room, kitchenette, 1 full bedroom, 1 full bathroom, pool table, arcade game, laundry room. This floor is also accessible from the garage without stairs.BABY STUFF: We have a baby gate at the top of the stairs. Some baby supplies (high chair, stroller, rocking horse, Pack n’ play, switch covers can be found around the house or upon asking).Guests have access to the entire house including the backyard. Feel free to park up to two vehicles in the private driveway, located through the alley in the back. Both entrances include a staircase in order to access the exterior doors, please keep this is mind for those in your party that might have mobility issues.The house is incredibly spacious, including a large, high end, eat-in kitchen, dining room, large living room and entry area, two large bedrooms and a bathroom with tub/shower combo. We include a local bottle of wine with your stay in order to elevate your experience! There are two guest rooms in the house, one holds a king-sized bed and boasts views of the garden. The other has a queen-sized bed and has a gorgeous view of one of the large redwoods on the property. There is also a laundry room area just off of the kitchen available for guest use as well.A deck is situated right off of the dining room area, making for a perfect indoor outdoor entertaining experience.Guest accessGuests will not have access to the suite upstairs on the second story of the house--it is used for host storage. We also have a basement area that is not accessible for guests. The supply closet in the house will remain locked for the duration of your stay.Other things to note-There are two surveillance cameras on the front gate where guests enter, and on the driveway.-This listing is pet friendly, and we do have a pet fee of $50 per stay.
