브리스톨 스파가 있는 호텔

브리스톨의 이벤트에 머물렀습니다. 내가 느꼈던 £ 18의 아침 식사는 너무 과하다고 느꼈습니다. 코스타로 가는 길을 선택했고 제가 원했던 것은 가격 대비 훨씬 더 가치 있는 곳이었습니다. 주차장도 1박당 £14로 비싸지만 다른 곳을 조사한 결과 경쟁력이 있는 것 같습니다. 지난 30년 동안 이 호텔에 여러 번 묵었는데 여전히 훌륭합니다.

I stayed with my girlfriend for six nights at this hotel. The location was quite nice, less than 10min walk from Bristol Temple Meads station and also 10 min walk to the mall (city centre). The ground floor and room were clean, we were so satisfied. For the service, the hotel receptionist was friendly, and the service was great, but the room cleaners sometimes did not clean our room even if we hung the ”please clean our room” card on the door. For the facilities, they have a restaurant and bar on the ground floor, and you can order your food and have them in your room as well. In our room, we have almost all the items we need such as hair dryers and irons, huge screen TV, shampoo, body wash etc. The only thing we had an issue is our fridge. From the first day, they had a light on and clean, but the inside of it wasn't cold. We asked to sort out this problem, but they don't have any replacement fridge and they said they could keep our food in their fridge in the restaurant and give us when we need it. We decided to buy non-refrigerated items or buy refreigietd items every night and have them until next day morning. The cleaners' service and fridge in our room were disappointing points, but other than that it was great to stay at this hotel.

Good services and nice location, feeling comfortable but room temperature control is not much enough warm in Winter, and also, the bathroom shower has damaged, the water was running out from the shower pipe, please improve with thanks!

Good hotel, central location. Nice view from 14 floor. Small parking, not enough space.
