랜덤룸 : 시티뷰 퀸룸을 예약했는데 체크인할 때 남자 직원이 2층 스탠다드룸으로 배정해줬습니다. 시티뷰는 없었습니다. 순서를 다시 보면 3~6층이 필수라고 명시되어 있습니다. 직원에게 다시 문의했는데 모두 시티뷰라고 하고 체크인할 때 층수 요구 사항을 말하지 않았다고 하더군요. 결국에는 더 높은 층을 마련하게 되지만, 추진되지 않으면 싼 방에 살기 위해 더 높은 가격을 지불해야 할 수도 있다. 호텔 측은 트립닷컴(Trip.com)이 호텔을 예약하는 내용은 명시되어 있지 않다고 밝혔다. 사실인가요? 그렇다면 웹 페이지에 오해의 소지가 있는 구성 요소가 있습니까? ``객실 시설이 오래되었습니다. ``수도꼭지가 튀고, 손을 씻을 때 물이 튀었습니다. 에어컨 소리가 크고 시끄럽습니다. 마침내 에어컨 철제 난간이 천장에서 떨어졌습니다. 다행히 근처에 서 있지 않아서 상상도 못할 타격을 입었어요😫 ``요약하자면 운이 좋지 않았을 수도 있습니다. 그러나 위치는 이상적이며 쉽게 들어오고 나갈 수 있습니다. 하지만 도시에는 다른 옵션이 있기 때문에 다시 고려되지 않습니다.

직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었지만 호텔, 특히 객실의 청결 상태가 좋지 않았고 불행히도 침실 층으로 이어지는 계단에는 소변 냄새가 매우 강했습니다.

Overall, everything was very good. The staff were friendly and polite, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was sufficient, and the location was great. The only downsides were the lack of a refrigerator and the bathroom exhaust fan, which couldn’t be turned off and was a bit noisy.

Great location, clean. But the laundry was not ironed. Nice. The restaurant and reception have friendly staff.

Solid enough hotel, decent breakfast downstairs where I think they have Jazz evenings. Overpriced when you compare it to other similar hotels, even though it was next to Cabot Circus. Bed was over-springy and the brown floor carpet was ridged. Shower in the bath ok, good flush on the toilet. Again no frills, but solid enough.

Excellent staff who were attentive and went out of their way to help. Comfortable bed and well presented room.

Good hotel just next to the city centre for easy access to all Bristol has to offer. Clean, good size room and bathroom.

I can confidently say it was the cleanest, quietest, and most affordable hotel I've had the pleasure of staying in. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, readily answering all my questions with genuine helpfulness. This welcoming atmosphere extended throughout my stay. The breakfast was a true highlight – genuinely the best I've enjoyed in a long time. The quality and variety were outstanding, making for a perfect start to each day. What truly impressed me was the attention to detail. Even the air conditioning unit came with clear, easy-to-understand instructions, something I've struggled with at other hotels. It's this level of thoughtfulness that sets Future Inn apart. If you're looking for a hotel that offers exceptional value without compromising on quality, I wholeheartedly recommend the Future Inn Bristol Bond Street. It's a fantastic choice for anyone seeking a comfortable, clean, and quiet stay. Future Inn is definitely "the one" for me!

Nice hotel with my family with super big beds.

What a great find for a brilliant price! Great hotel in a very central location. Room spacious and comfortable. Refreshments provided good. Breakfast was spoilt for choice and delicious.

Best location for shopping and travelling by short walking distance. The bedsheet and pillows very very clean with freshness. I like the biscuits especially the ginger nuts. The ladies from the housekeeping are friendly and done their best to keep our room clean.

Great location hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast with plenty of choice. Located opposite cabot circus shopping centre with free parking at nearby multi storey. We had a ok stay in an accessible room that comprised of a double bed and large sofa bed. Room was a little tatty and in need of renovation. Beds were poor, double had sagging mattresses but wasn't uncomfortable and matress on sofa bed was very thin and not very comfortable according to our 18 year old son. Facilities were very good as in plenty of clean towels, toiletries and bottled water, tea, coffee and biscuits. I would stay again but if I'm honest I did feel it was value for money.

Totally smoothe stay, room was clean, comfy bed, quiet at night (room overlooking the small carparking area at rear) just simple and convenient. Would have preferred a bigger mug for my tea in the morning, but otherwise I wouldn't change anything else!
